Love dr John F. Best pediatrician we have ever had !!

Been a patient of Dr K for a year an my son sees Patel. Not only am I satisfied but cannot recommend them enough! We are in the middle of new ins company an I'm 100% Ok with them being outta network now because they are amazing! An the staff is the best! Referral and medical releases are always so easy!

PA-C Elise Ingram is by far one of the best PCP’s I’ve ever had.
She has gone out of her way to assist me, she’s understanding and she’s very professional. I have had a lot going on in my life lately and she has really helped me out a lot by giving me a peaceful mind because someone cares enough to help.
I don’t normally leave reviews on anything but I 100% recommend her and believe Carthage Family Health Clinic is lucky to have her!

Wonderfully pleasant and helpful staff. I've never had an issue with a short notice appointment, or had to wait an hour to be seen. My children love it there and always walk out with a smile, even after shots! I Highly reccomend this office to anyone

Kelsey is fantastic. She was very professional and understanding. I didn’t feel judged or less then while I was speaking with her. Thank you to Kelsey for a wonderful experience and making me feel like I wasn’t a bother.

The girls are very friendly and they get you in for a appointment very fast Elise Ingram is my doctor and she takes care of all my problems they are very friendly doctors office a lot better then my other doctors office

Friendly environment, my kids and I are very comfortable seeing our doctor's , plus they actually listen to your problem and get to the bottom of it. Super content.

Everyone was always friendly. I didn’t wait too long for an appointment or while to be seen once I was on the office.

I would give this place five stars except some of the office staff isn’t all that personable. I see Elise Ingram and in 35 years I’ve never been comfortable with a doctor. She makes you feel like you’re her only patient. She’s never in a rush, really listens to your concerns while making you feel at ease. If every doctor was like her maybe people wouldn’t be so afraid to see a doctor. Thank you Elise

******I’m updating my review because I’m 85% sure there’s something going on over there. Like some weirdness going on. But I have been informed by another mom that there is only one receptionist doing everything by herself which is insane because that’s essentially two different offices she’s doing stuff for and I honestly feel awful for her. I can’t imagine the stress she is going through every single day. Bless you for doing everything, and I’m so sorry I was so angry. But now that I know you’re the only person over there right now, I’m fixing my review to give you 5 freaking stars, but the 3 stars is for WHY ON EARTH ARE THEY DOING THIS TO YOU.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
The pediatrician we saw was AMAZING. However, we moved in August to Texas and signed a release form for my daughters records and it’s now NOVEMBER and I still cant seem to get any one to answer their phones to transfer her records. We have called 4 times now and it still hasn’t been done. Every time we call we get transferred to someone who also doesn’t answer their phones. I am at a loss on what to do next. I guess contact a lawyer? It shouldn’t be this hard to simply fax records to a new office. Do not waste your time with this office.

The providers themselves are wonderful, however, lack of staff continues to impact patient care. Sick children are never able to be seen, appointments are 6+ weeks out (yes.. for a SICK visit). We are continuously pushed to go to the walk-in clinic or ER for basic needs. Our well visits have been rescheduled multiple times. It's extremely difficult to get through on the phone, messages are not returned. The issues have been significantly worse for the last year. We will miss our amazing provider but we will not be back.

Left my appointment on 10/09
Lehman ( practitioner ) specifically asked for a doctor and not a NP who obtained their license in June .
Flown to Syracuse 10/11 3am body shutting down on brink of death . Leman missed all signs and symptoms .
Have since switched practices and intend on filing a suit .
