Over the last 6 years I had been through 3 different real estate companies and 3 property management companies before I found TLC.

Martha was amazing right from the start with helping me get my property back into a condition where it was ready to be shown for sale. She was always on top of everything that needed to be done and went way above and beyond when we were having problems with my mortgage company.

Eventually after 4 months on the market, Martha came to us and had an honest discussion about some of the feedback we had been getting and suggested that we might be better trying to rent the property. I was hesitant about this as every othe PM company I had dealt with in the area had been beyond a nightmare.

LuAnn from the Property Management team reached out to me and had the home rented in just over 1 week for the full rent I was asking.

To put that into perspective, the last property management company that I used dropped the rent by $200 (without asking me) and it took them 4 months to get it rented...

Very, very slow at responding, of course, could have just been my agent. The place however, was good. Every time I needed something done with haste, I'd go here cause I know the people in office would get it done.
