I went here for the first time today for a cleaning. Right from the start the staff made me feel like I had known them all forever. Professional, friendly, and an all around great visit. I highly recommend LaClair Family Dental😀

I cannot say enough about my experience today at LaClair Family Dental! I was beyond impressed. You can tell the dentist and staff care about their patients! They were very professional and knowledgeable about the current world situation concerning Covid-19 and had all the necessary precautions and cleaning protocols in place. I felt safe and welcomed. The Dentist actually cleaned my teeth! He went above and beyond to recommend a sleeping device and explain why it would help me with my headaches and teeth grinding. They made me feel like they genuinely care about me and my family’s oral health! I am genuinely impressed with their customer service as well as the dental services they provide! I've never been one to like going to the dentist; I was always nervous before an appointment and never felt very comfortable. However, after my first appointment with LaClair Family Dental I finally don't mind going to the dentist! All of the staff are very nice and make sure you know exactly what is going on with your teeth. Dr. Rob and Jillian, one of the dental hygienists, are wonderful with young children. My son is a little under 2 and they are so patient with him, as he is not a fan of having people mess with his mouth. I highly recommend this dental office!

I went to LaClair Dental after being referred by a friend. I had been to a few dental offices before that I was not pleased with. When I walked into LaClair’s I knew I had found the right place. The office is warm and comfortable. The receptionist had a smile and was very nice. I hadn’t waited but 5 minutes and was taken back to get my teeth cleaned. The office was spotless along with the tools and equipment. They were also pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The hygienist was gentle on my teeth and did an excellent job. Dr Rob came in twice to make sure everything was on track and offered a plan to move forward. When it was time to go they respected the person ahead of me by having me wait in the room til he was done checking out. This is an excellent dental office. I rate it a 10🎉

I went there about 10 years ago (this is retroactive review). I had gaps that formed right next to my top front teeth due to prenatal gingivitis. The dentist recommended resin which was built onto my second insicisors and helped close the gap. About 10 years later they still look great, they haven't discolored, they haven't broken off or cracked, and I have had dentists that couldn't tell that I had had that done. I'm very pleased still 10 years later.

Rob and staff are top notch. I have had a great experience with all of my dental work. Dr. Rob thoroughly explains what he is doing during the procedure and makes sure you are comfortable. My kids enjoy their cleanings too! Definitely would recommend LaClair Family Dental.

LaClair Family Dental is great! They always make sure you're comfortable and take good care in explaining all the procedures necessary. I have been very happy with their care. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience and I don't feel like I'm just another patient. I am never going anywhere else for my dental care needs!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Rob and his staff! They are professional, yet personable and really care about my health and happiness. Working with Dr. Rob and his staff is always a pleasant experience! They are great about working with my busy schedule and they always have sincerity and thoughtfulness during each visit. He takes the time to listen to my questions and takes the time to answer them. I am currently doing the 6 month smile instead of traditional braces and it’s life changing for me. Finding a good dentist is hard when you are new to the area. Well, LaClair Family Dental immediately welcomed me as if I had been a client my whole life. Everyone, from the receptionist to the dentist, was welcoming and very professional. Everyone should have a positive dental experience, considering it’s already so nerve wrecking to see the dentist. We have been in the military over 20 years and by far, LaClair Family Dental has been the absolute BEST Dental office we have ever visited. My family raves about their “awesome” dental visits all the time and it’s comforting to know that my children have great experiences with each visit. Dr. Laclair and his team are AMAZING! They work efficiently and quickly to accommodate their patients busy schedules and truly care for the person on the chair. They offer a wonderful savings plan that is super affordable as well! The front desk staff is also very polite, kind and accommodating. Love this office! 5 stars all around!!

I have been a patient at LaClair Family Dental for over ten years. The staff is excellent and patient treatment and comfort is primary. I had numerous tooth extractions, fillings, and crowns. The experience was pain free with no complications. Dr. LaClair and his staff would call after hours to follow-up with me to check on how I was feeling and whether if any complications were evident. Since my association with Dr. LaClair and his staff I have never been apprehensive about dental treatment. LaClair Family Dental is an excellent choice for all treatment requirements.

I have been going to LaClair family dental since 2012 and love the whole staff. They always treat you very well and Dr. LeClair is an excellent dentist. Whenever I have needed work done, he and his staff take tbeir time explaining what they will be doing and they make sure you are not in any pain. He does excellent work if you do need dental work done and I highly recommend his practice here in the North Country.

After being with the same dental office for many years and seeing a different dentist EVERY time we went in there until finally getting STUCK with one that had absolutely no bedside manner and had no idea how to speak to her patients, we came to LaClair Family Dental. We had heard rave reviews about them, so we decided to see for ourselves. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with smiling faces and kind words. A huge change from what we've experienced in the past. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. They took the fear out of the "dreaded" dentist visit. Dr. Rob is amazing at what he does. My husband and I had fillings with him yesterday and we didn't feel a thing. We all hate the needle, but if I hadn't known that he was going to use it ahead of time, I would have sworn that he never used it at all. Hands down the best dental experience!
