Great selection on cheaper items. Not many name brand tools but a plethora of smaller convenient items. Look for their sale coupons.

This place is great! Especially if you need a tool that Home Depot/Lowes has, but is priced so high...you don't want to afford it. Then you can come here for that tool, hopefully, OR...you can build a better tool w/ the stuff here.
If there's a sale going on, U gotta grab it quick before it's gone...they had ONE roller cart tool chest left, I grabbed it @ $180! With the help of a friend, loaded, & gone!

Always find something that I think I need whether I really do or not. It's a handyman's toy store. Besides, who couldn't use another flashlight? And pick up some extra super glue while you're at it. Saw huge channel lock pliers and bolt cutters today. Keep those coupons coming. Helpful staff.

I like calling this the man store. It has everything you don't need but can't live without. And it has competitive prices To me. It's like going to Disneyland.

One of my favorite places to shop. Tool selection is good, you just have to be careful of how and what you're going to use their products for. Warranties are always honored and they are definitely customer friendly!

I usually avoid Harbor Freight in spite of their good selection and prices because in my experience their staff does their best to run the place into the ground with their attitudes and lack of effort but since the new Penfield location is so close to home I stopped there for the convenience and the staff there is great. I know you suits read these reviews so give Braden and Rich a raise or somethin, seriously they were very helpful and professional and now that I know I won’t be irritated by the staff I’ll be back a lot more.

Inexpensive tools. The tools I buy from here are not used for everyday use. Therefore they don't get beat on, and seem to last. If I do break a tool from Harbor Freight. They will replace it with no questions asked.

I do like them, Instead of the hustle and bustle of these other large places it's nice to just walk in and get what you need and leave.
