Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Friendly staff. As entering the bank I always get greeted. Love this bank. Amazing customer service from the teller, Marycruz. Would recommend plus this bank has parking.

This is one the best Bank of America, great customer service. The teller was so nice and very helpful, also there is drive thru you can easily withdraw money from the atm without getting of your car!!!

GREATTT BANKKK! I love it. Certain people got issues but it’s all cool. Maricruz is the besttt oneee for sure. If y’all need something to be checked out with your account she will help w no hesitation!

Recently stopped in this new branch very diff layout for specific reasons very friendly service Yolanda helped me open new savings very knowledgble very clean and new branch even has parking lot which very hard find in queens new atms also would recommend

Very accommodating ! Just a few suggestion for the atm..i hope and much better they put some bills like 50’s and 100’s too so we don’t need to go in the teller to have 100’s bills. 20’s is bulky cash to bring if you get from machine and teller is closed. I much appreciated this gonna be works.

ATM drive thru is an epic failure. Not only there is one ATM drive thru available but the in bank teller is open only Mon.-Fri. Not open on weekends. So if there is an ATM error in this location branch that means you have to wait until the weekday to resolve it. Today I deposited early in the morning in cash. I was waiting until it was processing yet I was not counting that the ATM froze up and then it looked like it was rebooting until “temporarily out of service” appeared on the screen. I never received a print out of my receipt nor any other information of my deposit. I am very frustrated since I have my mortgage payment due today and never thought something like this would happen out of all the days/times, aside of being a holiday and this precise BOA branch closed on weekends. This is just my luck.

This bank location is closed on Saturdays. The teller and front desk associate get too personal with what you want to do with your money or when you withdraw. Why are you asking people out loud what are you here for? It's a bank; what if I have massive cash on me? I do not want the world to know.

Waited long time to get to talk to someone. No one at reception. When I asked for help to print statements employee asked only if over $10 gain need to report tax. I wouldn’t be here if it’s less than $10. And problem not solved , no one can print it for me because they don’t have access ? ?

I wasted an hour of my day going to this branch to pick up Euros that my wife ordered from our joint account. We received an email from B of A advising us that only authorized signers (i.e., either me or my wife) could pick up the Euros but when I got to the branch I was told that ONLY my wife could pick up the money (despite the fact that I am also on the account and can unilaterally withdraw all of the money from our account). Poor customer service and communication skills.

Took my son to open up his checking account, He had State Id Social & Birth certificate. Rudy decided to throw a power trip by asking for something I've never heard, he wanted 2 photo Id's. We need these people to stop adding there own personal set of rules into a the system. They create paralysis in any system there involved in, If I'm wrong let any manger respond to my review.

My Response: Unfortunately I don't do Social media, so I will explain on this platform what actually happened. Showed up with my son who is 18 years old, as soon as we step into the branch we seen Rudy, we ask to open an account. Rudy asked for Id we provided state ID he asked for secondary we provided SS and Birth Cert. Then he said that Birth Cert. and SS are not going to be accepted, I was shocked. I told him that is 2 forms not 2 photo ID's , he reply "I won't accept it". I was once again shocked, you don't accept a SS card with Birth Cert. He said "NO" I got upset of course cause he was insulting our authenticity, when we are US CITIZENS. He denied my sons rights to have a bank account, he took it upon himself to make this decision without at least consulting with another staff member. If there is any doubt just check the video 03/17/23 between the hours 2pm 3:30pm, everything is there. I'm actually questioning weather what he did is legal, this was a discriminative act and there should be consequences for his actions.

Be careful! The drive through atm at this location has miscounted/taken my cash several times with errors of over $100. It can be fixed but it is a hassle to have to call BofA to fix it.
