Dr. Jin W. Song, DDS

I've been to several Dentist Doctors but I've never had Doctor who can pull tooth quickly with no pain like Doctor Jin Song. She was the best. I highly recommended. I liked her personality and I'm very satisfied with her work on my teeth.  She's been my Dentist for over 10 years.

My grandson who is only 6 had a very bad tooth ache and only denist that would be able to see without a 3 to 4 month wait time to get in. She was so gentle with him and explain everything to him were he could understand what was going to happen. Even though I have to drive almost 2 hours to get here its well worth the drive and will continue to come here for his dental care.

Dr. Song kindly examined my needy teeth and took care of them with very professional and efficient manner. She was also flexible for follow up scheduling and put extra work for her job. Good dentist!!

I and my 5 yrs daughter were there I had my teeth cleaning and my daughter for school dental exam. My hygienist was gentle and kind and she did face covered . I was feel comfortable.

I recently had a very bad tooth ache, I am new to the area and called I don't know how many places, they were the only ones who would see me the same day. I am a very nervous pt. and she was caring and was able to give me a pill to help me relax! tooth ache gone!!!

Having had visits to multiple dentists this is BY FAR the best dental practice in the North County, thank you again for all you do!

Highly unprofessional as an employer and a dentist. Dr. Song agreed to take the payment my insurance made even though she was an out of network provider since I was her employee and then sent me to collections for more than triple the amount. Never completed the work she started and what work was done in needing to be redone after only 3 months. She billed my insurance wrong and then charged me even though I told her multiple times what the insurance was requesting. The office is not very clean nor is it sanitized correctly following ADA guidelines.

Rude, unprofessional, quote BEFORE procedure " stop asking so many questions, do you work here? Then you dont need to ask anything". Glasses she was wearing fell off her face and hit the patient (my girlfriend) in the face. Also, doesn't properly know where nerve endings are in order to numb the patient. This is not the first awful experience we've had, sadly insurance is costly. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have referred patients in the past . No one had anything good to say about this place
