Great Experience!!! Remy, at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful.

We love the Suites. The room has two bathrooms. One full and 1 half is perfect for us. The front sitting area is great to play cards, fool around on the computer, or watch TV. It is perfect for us.

Visited the Suites recently for a Sportsman's Show and had a great time.
Also have been there for the Chautauqua Region Vintage Book and Paper show held the first Saturday in August. Also have attended the History Fair several years back.
The hotel is very clean, spacious, and the venue is great for events.

Everything was wonderfully perfect at the hotel, from checking in, very helpful, friendly staff, to our spotless room with the Lake View, and delicious breakfast. A relaxing, enjoyable couple days.

Nice big rooms at what I feel is a very decent price. There is allot to do in the area in the summer with the lake

Enjoyed a wonderful overnight stay here. Very clean comfortable rooms. Very good food with great meal portions and reasonable pricing. Try the pizza!
The staff made us feel so welcome. Not sure if this is Family owned, but regardless, management/ownership should be very proud of this most excellent staff. One of those rare stays where the staff made us feel like we were their best customers and like we had been there many many times and this was our first visit.
Best trailhead for snowmobiling with access to Great trails both East and West. A definite new favorite.

This was such a lovely hotel! It blew our entires families expectations out of the water! The staff was so friendly and the rooms were very clean! The bathrooms were so clean and it felt amazing. The restaurants in the hotel are very good too! Definitely recommend stopping here if you get a chance! This was an unexpected stop and it turned into one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Very nice and clean hotel. Has a restaurant. The food was delicious and good service. Across the street from the lake. Bed wad also comfy.

After an hosting an event at a near-by venue, we, and many of our guests, stayed at the Suites this past weekend. We had arranged ahead of time to do Pizza in the bar area for the 20ish guests we had staying at the suites when we arrived. Matt & Sue did a great job in the bar area. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the Courtyard area was a great spot to hang out well into the evening. Thank you all for your professionalism and friendliness.

The entire hotel is very clean. The bar/grille had great food. I love the suites because it's nice having 2 private bedrooms. The suites are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The hot breakfast provided was more than adequate.

Our kids hosted a fiftieth anniversary party for us and it was excellent. The food was GREAT, the service was EXCELLENT and everyone in attendance commented how much they enjoyed the event. Amy and her entire staff did a fantastic job! thanks!

This building is quite the looker. It has an old feel with new accommodations. One thing to take note of is that because the building is old, the lay out per room is a bit awkward. They could have created a better design to enlarge to 1 bathroom and open the hallway from entry to bed. I did, however, really like it overall.

It was burger night at the pub. It was all very good.

This place is a real gem. We stayed with five other couples for two nights. The rooms were immaculate as well as the common areas. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was also wonderful. Couldn't have asked for a better trip. Thanks again. We will be returning.

Was at the Bellini restaurant food was good. Just be careful going on the front door sidewalk uneven fell and not even acknowledged after first phone call.

OK so I do a lot work for the place and I am involved in a lot that goes on there, but it REALLY is the nicest place around! The building is beautiful, the staff is courteous and attentive, and the bartenders in the lounge are great. In addition to that, Bellini Lounge now features live performances every Friday evening, and they open the folding wall that reveals a stage and a large dance floor for the larger acts. This is not only a great place to stay if your visiting the area, but a great place to enjoy an evening of cocktails and great music on a regular basis.
