Josh completely exceeded our expectations of a Real Estate Agent and made the process as simple and painless as possible (which was a challenging task in the COVID market). -he quickly learned what type of home we felt more comfortable in and was able to tailor his search towards those homes
-with the strong Seller's market, he prepared us for what we could do to position ourselves as the strongest offer
-Josh was impeccable at presenting us with accurate home analysis's. He made it easy to determine where we should/could bid higher or where we would be overpaying for a home.

He knows so much about the industry and market and really made the process simple and always with a smile. When I felt like I was stressed, I would call him and he would reassure me and/or answer my questions to put my mind at ease.

I could truly go on for awhile about how amazing Josh is, bottom line, use Josh as your Agent and you won't be disappointed!

I am reflecting back on this from two years ago I must say you have done one of the most amazing stress relieving jobs of selling our home. To this day, you have remained one of our close friends. We both thank you. Our story is moving from suburban, New York to suburban Florida. The weather has been fantastic, but our friendship has even been better.
