I rented from them for almost 7 years(vip auto). I paid my rent on time no late payment at all not once and did everything they asked.. I felt like I did my part in trying to be a perfect tenant.. At the end of my lease i Handed my keys and did a walkthrough and everything was supposedly good on my end when I handed my keys. When it was time to give back my deposit I had to call them multiple times they didnt seem to want to give the money back what so ever. It was suppose to be $3200 aofter 43 days they only sent me back $350..Cada nova llc is only Interested in taking your money and they have no loyalty.. Please stay away from doing business with Casa Nova llc.. Even during this Hard times they dont seem to care and only interested in getting over on people.. Every tennant I know say the same thing about them. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.
