I’ve been searching for a furniture store that I can get my dream couch from and was recommended to furniture city on third avenue. Rambo and Mickey gave me the best customer service soon as I walked through the door . I was able to find my couch and have it delivered within a couple of days , check them out you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered a black sectional on sunday and it arrived to me in baltimore thursday morning directly at the scheduled time. Rambo was amazing in making sure i was satisfied and helped me find the exact couch i was looking for. The couch came with a 1 yr warranty and cane undamaged. they even assembled it and took the trash with them. Perfect experience from new york to maryland. Thank you!

I came in to furniture City yesterday after work . 6/25/20 I needed a ivory color not to big just right and Mikey and Raied were very helpful and gave me a reasonable price . I order this classy pretty ivory couch chaise . It was the exact color and size I need for my living room .on 6/26/20The 2 delivery Gentleman who came and set up my living room was very nice and courteous and professional the outcome was very great and I’m happy ..This nurse is a Is a satisfied customer.The service was great !! Raied is the best, he sells me excellent furniture, the best furniture that everyone who comes to my house marvels at. From my bedroom set to the dining room set to my bar set. and my living room set.Basically , he sold me all the furniture in my house. I love Raied, he's the best of the best. I LOVE MY NEW BED! I was a bit nervous about ordering a bed without seeing it in person, but I’m so glad I did! FurnitureCity’s customer service was top-notch. I ordered my bed while I was at work over the phone, and it came the next day. They reassured me that everything would be as advertised and brand new. It came, and I was blown away.

I must also shout out the delivery guys. My elevator was too small for a king bed, so they brought it up five flights of stairs. They were quick and very respectful.

I knew what i wanted. (a new bed. upholstered with a very high headboard) i contacted them. they reply back very quickly. they had what i wanted and shipped it the next day. then i wanted a new mattress so i reached out again and they delivered the mattress same day. the delivery guys were very friendly both times. even took out my old furniture and disposed it for me. definitely would buy more from them. definitely would recommend them for a good on prices & fast shopping experience.

I have been having difficulty finding a bed frame and numerous furniture stores have told me I would have to wait 2 months. I ordered a beautiful white bedroom frame with blue led lights and it was delivered literally 15 hours later!! The service was great, easy quick, professional, and so kind. Will definitely order from here again.

Rambo was great. He helped me pick out furniture to my taste over the phone, which was great for me because I’m always busy - I don’t have the time to go in the store so he made shopping an easy experience for me. He was able to get my taste in furniture within minutes. The movers were polite and respectful. And because I spent a certain amount, Rambo gave me free gifts which I love. I had the best experience with Furniture City. I was moving and wanted new furniture for my entire apartment. From start to finish this process at furniture city was amazing. The manager helped me with all my needs. I used the financing the store offers. Some of my items were special order and he made all the accommodations so I can have all my furniture the day I moved. The furniture is Quality! I have a solid pieces that will last me for years! Delivery and set up was also a breeze. His delivery staff is so good at what they do. He put my items together effortlessly and they cleaned up after and removed all boxes and packaging. I will not shop anywhere else ever! I have told my friends and family to shop and Furniture City! I reached out to this wonderful furniture company about a sofa I saw on their Instagram page. My message was replied to very fast and I was about to secure a beautiful sofa for the reception area of my business. Price was affordable and delivery date was set without any issues! Your 2 delivery men were so professional; they put everything together for me and took away their garbage! I couldn’t be more satisfied. I would definitely use this company again in the future! The man that helped me, we came across some issues but got it all worked out. He was very nice and helpful! The couch I received very quick out of state and it is absolutely stunning! I would definitely buy from here again! They’re wonderful people with amazing products!

While visiting my father, we stopped by this store this past Saturday, 12/10 to see about a bedroom set. I was greeted by Imad and from the start he knew what I needed in a bedroom set for my elderly father. From the quality of the furniture and pricing, the budget was not affected. Delivery was on point, both Delivery guys were professional and friendly. Gracias, Imad, my father is very please with His new bedroom set. Too bad Furniture City does not have stores in North Carolina, I would definitely visit and upgrade my home with their furniture.
