CAMP, A Family Experience Store

Brought my little here during the holidays and she absolutely LOVED it! The staff is interactive and super friendly. The space starts as a store front selling everything TROLLS! Costumes, stuffed animals, puzzles, games and candy! A lot of candy !! At your alloted appointment time, kids and families line up in front of a magical door that slides open to a hallway. Once in this hallway Troll staff engage the kids and get their energy going! The energy then lets loose at camp. Slides and stairs take you up about and over. Small nooks and crannies for the kids to run and play and shaggy pink swivel chairs to spin in. Visually it’s bright, very bright. There’s even a troll SPARKLE SPA where you can get a makeover that includes face paint, glitter rhinestones and a wig! This experience ends in a 3D room wearing very cool 3D glasses which being entertained by more Troll staffers! A lot of fun! Kudos to the staff for the energy and fun you gave! Happy new year !

We’ve been to the Encanto experience and Trolls experience. My daughter loved both. It’s pricey but worth the experience. I do think the encanto experience was better than Trolls. If you have sensitive kids, I advise going to the first show, especially during the week.

My 2 yr old absolutely loved the Troll experience. The set up and structure was so impressive and the stroller valet was so cute. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job

Love the pop ups that they have! In February we came to the encanto pop up and it was so cute, play areas for kids and performances! This time (December) we came to the trolls pop up and loved it!
Tickets are reasonably priced, during the week are cheaper than the weekend but so worth it!

My daughters loved the Trolls experience! They enjoyed every bit of the time there! The staff were very friendly with their interactions with the children.

This store is a fun experience for kids with interesting toys. It also holds a great Encanto experience that you purchased separately. The Encanto experience was amazing for the kids and adults, too, the staff are all super friendly engaging fun and talented musicians. but the store is small and could have more options. Some toys are on the pricier side as expected. But the staff in the store are very friendly as well.

Week tickets for anyone over the age of 2 is 36. The weekends are a bit more.
You have to make a reservation and come 15 minutes early.

Great family experience, especially the kiddos. However, we came with no kids and it was still just as fun. Always good to heal that inner child.

We enjoyed it very much. I loved the guided experience and how awesome the different spaces were decorated and with tons of things for the kids to enjoy.

We visited today for the 1st time to enter Casita! It was a great Encanto experience my kids 6, 8 and 10 loved it. Cast were great, we'd get mini shows where they'll sing inside the rooms kids LOVED Isabella room the most because of its petty ride that spins lol it was a very cool experience.

CAMP is a toy store that turns into different interactive displays for children and families. We went during Encanto and it was magical. The performers were amazing and all the rooms were breathtaking. The toy shop is also great and the manager is very helpful and friendly.

Excellent stop when you’re in the city with kids. Yes, it’s a toy store, but there are so many activities for the kids to do while they’re in there. It’s a great stop if you’ve been walking around the city all day and the kids need to play. Although it was not open when we were there, it has a second floor where kids can do crafts for a price.

Loved Encanto experience. There are rooms with slide, spring rocking donkey or spinning ride. Decoration and staffs were astonishing. Althoght it is 1 hr time limit experience, my daghter wants to go back already.

What a wonderful experience we had at their “Encanto” show! My kids’ favorite movie come to life! Amazing! Highly recommended for all ages! I wish we had something like this in Montreal!

OMG where can I begin! ENCANTOOOO my daughter lost it! She didn’t want to leave. Oh heck even I didn’t want to leave considering I have seen the s movie a million time. I just love the concept behind how it just appears to be a store then a whole adventure around back. My son and I had such an EXCELLENT experience here!! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The Mickey Mouse experience was developmentally appropriate and stimulating. The coffee was a plus for me! I’d certainly recommend for small children.

(I really wish I would’ve written down the names of the woman who greeted us and the woman who facilitated our experience. They were DYNAMIC!)

OK I mean where do I even start! The staff here and at each location always has vibrant personalities you can tell they love what they do. As soon as I opened the door we got big hellos and friendly smiles it was truly a great welcoming vibe. We went for the Disney Experience and it was just to cute. There was a bunch of free play but without spoiling it for anyone let’s just say there a mission the kids have to solve.
Our camp counselor was amazing. She had loads of energy, she kept their minds going with little challenges like spelling their names, having the kids jump on the colors, talking about shapes etc. Definitely worth going 100% would recommend!

Most fun toy store. The combination of delight for the kids and support for parents is a win. The ‘magic door’ leads to a larger space full of experiences and play. There is space for pushchairs/strollers and even drop-off play sessions. The whole store is refreshed with a new theme c6~8 times a year. Recommended retail experience.

The Encanto experience was great. Our daughter is less than 2 and they did a great job engaging with her and the music (which is her favorite part of the movie) was great. The live performances, happening throughout the area the whole time, really made it a great experience for her. If your kids are older then there might not be a ton of activities to do perhaps. The rooms are all great and interactive but you basically have 3 slides and a few other things to do in each room. The live music, musicians/staff and the atmosphere were fantastic and my daughter had a great time. I wasn’t expecting them to go through multiple songs, In multiple rooms, with just a small group. If you are just looking to waste time with your kids it probably isn’t worth the cost, but otherwise I would highly recommend it. From the time we walked through the door until we left, everything was excellent.

This was magical, everything and more you expect. Staff was incredible with the kids, and their voices were phenomenal. The place was immaculate, super fun, and an amazing experience for both kids and parents. Absolutely recommend for any little encanto lovers.

Fun-filled camp for kids, but prepare for premium prices. While on the pricier side, kids will have a blast with the engaging activities and exciting atmosphere. Get your camera ready for some pictures;))
