Be Aware Of The Bed Bugs , This store selling you second hand mattresses and they tell the customers that is brand new 2 weeks ago I've bought a mattress and i had woke up in the morning feeling something so litchi my back was so itch, i decided to see the bottom of the mattress then I've felt that another fabric on the side ripped , when I open it up I've found an old nasty Mattress cover with another fabric and it was stinks, I went Back there to talk to the owner Alaa, he told me will change it , Am still waiting , I asked for my money back , he starts Threatening me Like A bully telling me we have policy. i paid $450.00 for a mattress Has Bed Bugs Factory, dont waste your money, Those people are not honest. they don't even deserved Half star, am attaching the pictures please be aware andd dony go there.

I ORDERED A BED I HAD NEVER GOT IT , THEIR FURNITURE IS REFURBISHED DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIER FURNITURE IS SECOND HAND

The girl in the store and her boss are very dishonest please avoid that place.I picked that up the day I made the purchase and told her that I was no longer interested in item. I never received any delivery because I left the store dissatisfied and told her to cancel am not interested. They forged my signature to say I received the item and sent it to their finance company for them to bill my bank account. I had to call my bank,, put a stop order on any further payment until matter is resolved. I have never thought a young girl could be so corrupt but I shall be fighting to the end for justice.

They are all liars from Kaval the sales person to Al the owner.. They distorted my house after delivery. KAVAL is a person of terrible character. She doesn't know how to relate to her customers. She doesn't care about the customers and is very unprofessional. She tries to sell you what is expensive, not what you want or need. She doesn't care about your budget, she only cares about her phone and playing on it! She isn't bothered to give you the time of day. She's just the worst! This store will never have my business again. This young woman is the worst asset to this store and company! I will not recommend anyone to this store because of Kaval! Replace her with anyone else or don't go to this store to waste your green. Use your green on pizza instead

u never get what u want . The seller and the owner just looking to robe people off their money. They did even get what I want and they did not want to give back my money. They wanna me to wait for my own money .. all this bef reviews they have we should file a complaint about them so they store can get shout down completely
But need have like customer that record everything and take pictures of ehat they planning to have along with quality so the one they are bringing home is wrong .. i order 6 drawer Chester and give 5 drawer Chester and the other Chester broken when unbox it . The refuse to give me a new one

This store is unprofessional and dishonest. They have no integrity. I bought furniture and was over charge and I never receive what I order up to this date , but little that the don’t know My husband is am attorney and He will be filing this in court . This store collect sales taxes and don’t declare it IRS , IRS will be notify for this . This store will be close for taking consumers money without delivering the merchandise . As required by law don’t over charge customer for what the did not purchase and fail to refund as promise . Furniture is not even up to standard .

My husband and I went to the location on Boston Rd and we told them exactly what we wanted. However the bed they delivered wasn’t the one we chose and were promised. When we confronted them about it they at first were in disagreement until my husband mentioned a lawyer. He was told that the boss agreed to exchanged our merchandise for the correct bed set, but he wouldn’t have it in his store until March 1st. My husband called the furniture store today and the boss is claiming he never said that and that because we’ve been using the bed for months (which is incorrect, we’ve been using it only for a month and a half) he can’t exchange the product. So they’ll be hearing from our lawyer. To everyone, don’t buy from them, they’re thieves. If there was a no star option I would give them that😡
