Representative took good care of my son. They provided extra discounts on his purchases. Everyone in that outlet are courteous, and treat you with respect. They answer all your questions and provide you with names with whom you can talk too in you need additional help. They are always on time with your delivery.

I went here to order a bed and the sales staff was very kind, respectful and helpful. This was the first bed I ever purchased on my own, so the staff was very patient with me and got me the exact bed I was looking for. The sales staff (Nina & Lopez) did their best to work with me to try to get me a reasonable price based on what I was willing to spend, and I was very satisfied with the amount I spent. The bed arrived a week later and I loved it! After going to the store, I can definitely understand why other customers left some of the reviews that they did, but my advice would be to not judge the store based simply off the reviews alone and go check it out for yourselves. Talk to the sales staff in person. They're very easy to talk to and if you know what you want, they'll do all they can to help you. Everyone's experience is different, but if you know what you want and you're determined to get it, you will. The process was very simple for me and I will definitely recommend this place to friends in the future!

Good experience... when I walked the sales personnel greeted me and asked me what I was looking for.. he immediately recommended a good deal based on my price range.. i am glad I came in got a bed box spring and mattress all for good price.. sales person was Rob!!! Ask for him whenever you go there....
