Quick, easy and straight to the point. I went in knowing exactly what furniture I had saved from Bobs site. Rep Nelson is the one who helped and showed me the sofa. I assessed it, loved it and bought it. Easy purchase as I purchased it straight out, no financing. Thank you Nelson and manager Mike for making this purchase smooth.

Bob’s furniture is a great place to get your furniture! They have different varieties of furniture and many styles you can choose from. The prices are reasonable and won’t hurt your pockets. They have financing options. They have a fast delivery with assembly for a low price, and they are able to work with you on what time is best for you. But if they have it in stock and you want it the next day it can happen. My mother loves Bob’s furniture. She’s the one that brought me there and now I’m going back soon. Hector was the one who helped us and he was so nice, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able to get not just what we wanted but what we needed. I can’t wait until we buy our house because Bob’s furniture would definitely be seeing us back.

My experience at Bobs was superb. Jelani (the tall guy with dreads) answered all my questions and showed me all the possible options of what I wanted. He was extremely patient and seemed to be very enthusiastic about his job. He explained everything in great detail from the difference in the mattresses to the pick up, exchange, and delivery process. I'll be sure to return!!

I went to look at furniture yesterday for my new apartment. The store salesmen, Carlos was a huge help. He was friendly, helpful & a great communicator . I went furniture shopping today. Great customer service. The salesman, Antonio, was great. He was not pushy. He gave us space to walk around and to take our time and look. He didn’t hover but was easy to find in case we had questions. Bob’s has a nice selection of affordable furniture. They also have an area with coffee, tea and snacks. Which was nice.
