I always enjoy my time when I come to Elements Massage. The staff is
Always professional and polite and Jody my massage therapist who I see regularly there never disappoints! I always feel amazing after I leave there. I highly recommend them!

From the moment you walk in the door til the time you leave you get a feeling of relaxation. You get a warm welcome when you walk in. The people at the front are very helpful with any questions you may have. My last massage was with Ashley and it was so nice, I definitely left feeling a lot better and relaxed. Can’t wait for my next appt with Lee and Himalayan Hot Stones!!!

This is by far the best place to get a massage. So many options and add-ons for services. I pay extra to see John because he is master level, but it is so worth it. He works out the back issues I have and leaves me feeling much better

I always look forward to my sessions with Lee! She is so pleasant and professional and very knowledgeable about what works the best for me, changing it up when she has a new idea of what might work. I never fail to leave feeling so much better. She's the best!

My husband always books massages for me for Christmas, birthday, Valentines Day, etc... Jodi gives an excellent massage! The atmosphere, the soothing music and how Jodi always makes sure that I'm hydrated with a nice glass of iced water. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else!! 🥰

I have had such great experiences with Danielle and recommend her to everyone! Even my sister is booking with her! Very relaxing, very beneficial, she is truly gifted.

I am not a member, but was still booked for an awesome massage within the same week of calling. The staff is super friendly and I felt comfortable and cared for. Danielle also taught me some things about my body including simple strength exercises that would benefit me. I’m looking forward to my next massage!

I can’t believe I have never taken the time to review, I am so sorry. Elements Massage in Somersworth NH has been a part of my healing journey from a neck fracture since 2018. I’ve worked with John and Joseph the most, but have loved every therapist I’ve seen there. Jodi, one of the owners, is and absolute dream and I’ve seen her as a therapist before as well. Sarah, who has always been very booked (because she is that good) is also great if you can get in with her. She is VERY strong. Ive never had to tell a therapist for less pressure in my life before her. Joseph gives an EXCELLENT “non-invasive” deep tissue massage. Without hurting you, gets to the root cause of the muscular pain. He’ll find a spot and follow it until it’s settled, it’s amazing. In the last 2ish years I’ve developed TMJ pain from singing professionally and just yesterday I had the best massage I’ve had with him yet. I love Elements!

Really great customer service! There was a mix up with a couple of my scheduled massages and the girl I spoke with on the phone was super helpful. When she didn't know the answer immediately she told me that she would do some digging and give me a call back as soon as possible. She returned my call within the hour with a solution and even offered to comp my husband and I's next visit for the inconvenience. Super grateful to them for taking the time to look into everything and going above and beyond! :)

I highly recommend this place. The massage therapist Ash is wonderful she can manipulate her strength/pressure to your preference as a matter of fact, I’ve had other massage therapist other than Ash and they are all great. The atmosphere as you walk in is calming. The staff are professional and helpful ☺. The best in the area in my opinion.

My mom had knee surgery, and her being the saint that she is, let me use her sessions while she healed. Also, it’s really cool of Elements to let you share your membership! Anyways, with it being my first professional massage, I had no clue what to do. Joseph walked me through everything the first time so I was very comfortable and now I look forward to them and it’s very relaxing. It helps me out a lot being a hairstylist, Im on my feet all day and every month is like a nice reset. Everyone is super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommended this business!

All of Therapists that I've seen are very talented and clearly care about patients. I enjoy our conversations and find them all to be very kind and passionate about what they do. I also like the flexibility of schedule. I find the front desk staff to be very competent and courteous. Very easy to work with. I have a very busy schedule that changes frequently with work and family demands. I definitely appreciate their willingness to work with me so that I can avoid having to cancel.

Probably a review worth reading! Two you things about me is that 1) I’m a physical therapist and 2) I HATE spending money. That being said, to receive a massage where I’m confident the person knows exactly what they’re doing and how it is going to help me, while also being able to educate me on these things makes for a very happy customer. I had the pleasure of having Neil as a massage therapist, and he made my experience extremely enjoyable and provided one of the best massages I’ve ever had! He was pleasant, social, confident, and able to answer any questions I had while keeping me relaxed the entire time. By the end of my massage I was hooked on becoming a member and I’m excited to go back once a month *if not more* to see Neil and have the proper work done on my body. Thank you so much Neil for such a great experience! The place was very clean and the staff were all extremely pleasant!

Friendly people! They have bent over backwards to find openings that fit in with my schedule. Most of all, my therapist Joseph is absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable, competent, intuitive; he has tackled some fairly complicated conditions and has helped me immensely.

Ashley is the best massage therapist I've ever had! After my first massage I went home and told my husband that she has 'tiny witch elbows' because they are AMAZING. She can do deep work in very concentrated areas and all of her techniques work really well for me. She is also just a lovely person.

Everyone is friendly and listens really well to every customer's individual needs. I feel safe to relax into healing massages. The online booking is very easy to use. Danielle excels at adapting each massage to my current needs and requests, including adding CBD, Cupping and/or Himalayan Salt Stones. I have already scheduled out when I will be returning the next few months and look forward to receiving the same amazing care in the future.
