The workers are very slow and in my business, time is money.

Products are good. Support and sales team leave a lot to be desired. It is almost as if they prefer to sell to professional builders. If you go there in the capacity of a homeowner or DIY'er it is almost like they deliberately treat you bad in hopes that you will never return.

If you end up buying too much material be prepared to pay a restocking fee to return the material.

These guys are horrible. Stay away, spend your hard money somewhere else.
Very rude customer service, they don't reply back when you greet them and you get treated if they're are doing you favor.
Advise, hire personal who are professional.
Advise 2, if hate your job that bad , just don't show up.

The worst customer service experience ever, sales staff act as if you were bothering them. If you are a home owner or a handy man making a living on small projects, this isn't the place for you, don't bother, find another supplier.
