Erik was great to work with. He helped my now fiancée and I with picking the right engagement ring, that was best for our budget. He didn’t try and sell us extra perks or warranties to go along with it, which was very nice compared to the chain stores. Can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I came in with a very last minute request for an engagement ring and only had a day to get it done. Erik not only was able to get the diamond with the style I asked for but gave me options on the band too. All said and done, he worked his magic and the ring was ready the next day, and looked perfect. He also resized the ring to make it fit perfect too, no questions asked. Just an all around great, reliable jeweller.

Taking the time to give 5 stars and share my experience at Derosa Jewelers is a must! From the start I had a great vibe when speaking with Erik. He is a very genuine, and down to earth. I had a unique situation with a piece of jewelry from a past purchase but that didn’t make a difference with how I was treated. Erik invested the time and helped me immensely. If I could give a sixth star, I would. Wanted to find a local jewelry shop to bend a ring back into place and also clean my engagement ring because why not. Would’ve been happy to leave them behind but he quickly offered both services and also cut a ring off for my mom. Will definitely be back for other and all future jewelry needs, and would highly recommend Erik and his shop to anyone who will listen. Engagement ring came back looking sparklier than the day I put it on, by the way. Top notch all around.

I had my fianceé's ring resized here. It was a platinum ring with pave and he did a great job resizing it. He even gave it a cleaning and offered to give us the piece of platinum he cut off. We had the service expedited and he did it right in front of us. For that service, the price was very reasonable.

Was sopping around in the Manchester and surrounding area for the past 4days. Everybody around was trying make the most money out of me. When I went to see Erik he crushed and make other jewelry stores look like amautures. If your looking to buy, fix or sell your jewelry DeRosa is the place you should go.

Erik at DeRosa jewelers is a very professional and down to earth guy. His services provide to your exact needs as he is passionate to make sure his customers have great outcomes when it comes to jewelry. He is great at what he does and both of my experiences have been easy and successful, I highly recommend!

I used a saw to remove this focal piece out from a cuff bracelet and made the chain for it to turn it into a necklace. Unfortunately I had no way to solder the jump rings to attach the chain as a torch would damage the focal piece. Erik was able to laser solder the jump rings to attach the chain. He did it well, fast and for a reasonable price. He was also very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

Carl is attentive and generous, and his work is stunning! He made my ring exactly to my specifications! I'm excited to work with him again for my wedding bands!

My boyfriend and I had been looking around the Manchester area for a place to pick out my Christmas present (a ring or type of jewelry) We went to a couple places, but we weren’t impressed at all. Found DeRosa’s on Google and saw it was right in Hookset! We called him ahead of time to see if he for 1) Had anything in my boyfriend’s price range, and 2) Anything in my size for a ring. He was more than accommodating and a pleasure to purchase from! We got there and he introduced himself and explained his profession, and how he came to it. He’s a personable, caring, funny and great customer oriented business owner eager to please his customers! We ended up with a beautiful ring, he sized it for us in the time it took for us to go out to eat on a date and stop at a store. (Less than 1.5 hours!) We were so happy with our purchase, we came back today to ask him to look over a pair of diamond and gold earrings I had and give us some information on them and possibly a ballpark of what they would be worth. He was more than helpful to meet our needs in every way! He’s a great guy to talk to, and learn about the trade from, as well as a great person to support when you buy locally. The visit, rapport, and customer service is alone worth making this our only place we’ll ever want to go to for anything jewelry related! Carl is amazing!! I brought my engagement ring that my fiance had made by Carl in for repair and sizing.(I should have brought it in to be sized months ago hence the need for repair) he quoted me a fair price and said he could have it ready in a few days. Got a call same day with fantastic news 🙌 ring was almost ready and I would be able to pick it up that night before closing! I can't say enough good about this jeweler he does amazing work he is a true artist! Thank you Carl!!

Carl is the amazing at what he does. I had my engagement ring, wedding band for her and a wedding band for myself designed and made here. Using the gemstones I wanted, Carl worked with my budget. He explained everything, educated me in the subject matters of gemstones and metals. Showed us the final CAD-design on how it’ll look on his big TV. He just made it so much more personal and came out on top with the final products. Best thing I ever did going there unlike all of these big chain jewelry stores where the sales person just wants to make a sale, Carl will take his time and make sure understands you and you will leave happy with your purchase and no buyers remorse later either. He is the best!!

Also he replaced some stones in an priceless necklace that I got from my grandfather before he passed away as well as fixed up the clasp and I am now able to wear it again! Totally impressed with him and his business. Very friendly, professional and his quality is great.
He was honest and told us upfront he was not out to take advantage of us. While we were there he cleaned both me and my wife's rings. I had my ring re-sized while I waited and he changed my watch band.
