Residence Inn by Marriott New York The Bronx at Metro Center Atrium

My family stood here while repairs were done in my apartment,we had a wonderful 2 week stay.The staff is very nice and helpful,the rooms are nice and clean,the bathrooms are big and have all the amenities you would need,the kitchen is perfect !The complimentary breakfast in the mornings was delicious! There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby very nice and inviting.Every morning they gave my dog a treat..which she loved….

This hotel is a great. My sister is staying here for repairs in her apartment. The employees are very professional. The breakfast is amazing and the have different type of varieties to eat. This hotel has a nice smell and it is very clean. I will recommend this hotel.

Just wanted to share how great my stay was here. Primarily, because of a select few members of the staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful in lots of ways. The room was spacious and cozy and the breakfast is great! However, a shining star of our stay here was Donisha, the Breakfast Attendant who checked in on us, remembered personal details about us and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and helped/cared for. She went the extra mile and I'm glad to have had the experience I did at this Residence Inn. It's been about a week since I stayed here and am currently at a different hotel that is not nearly as great as this one. I highly recommend it if you need to stay in the area.

Was able to have a wide selection of breakfast every morning. So that was very good. Bus location close by.

Rooms were great, location was close to The Bronx Zoo, and Donisha Jordan took great care of us at Breakfast!

This was a business stay. Room was well appointed, comfortable with a full living area and kitchenette. They offer a grocery pick-up service which was very useful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hot breakfasts were hearty, offered a pretty good variety of options, and plentiful despite full occupancy the week I was there. If I travel to this area again for work, will definitely stay here.

You will be hard pressed to find a better place in the Bronx. It is a secure building and has ample free parking spots available on site. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and modern (except the dishwasher). Complimentary breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold meals. Walls were a bit thin so we could hear the kids above us running and playing but overall a great place. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Went to a baby shower at the hotel. Very clean, friendly, helpful staff members. The room was a great size to have the event. Will suggest this hotel for any organization.

While in New York to visit the Met, our family of four enjoyed our stay at this hotel so much. We can't say enough about the front desk and the rest of the staff. So helpful and kind. We have no complaints. Even the security of the building was excellent. My wife and I took the stairs down from the fifth floor one even, which may have been out of the norm for them. We were met at the bottom by one inquisitive security person who directed us to the out door, but indirectly recommended all traffic should move through the lobby. Everyone in the building was extremely approachable and informative. We will definitely be back here soon for our next visit to the city.

This hotel is like a home away from home. The hospitality that was extended by the staff exceeds my expectations. Great Team. However, there's one housekeeping staff that stole my heart. Her name is Maria. Words cant explain her work ethics. I always admired the manner in which she performed her duties. She's very thorough, respectful, pleasant and most importantly she takes great pride in what she does. I wish her all the best as she's a major asset to this hotel. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Marriott. The rooms/bathrooms very spacious and the hospitality was very warm. IT'S THE BEST!!!!❤❤❤❤❤

This hotel is modern, clean, safe, and comfortable! My room was so spacious. The shower pressure is excellent, which is rare at hotels. Free breakfast was excellent and went above and beyond in terms of your typical continental breakfast options. Staff is super friendly and willing to help however they can.

This is the only place I would ever stay in the Bronx. Hotel rooms are well kept and quiet. Parking is easy and included. Complimentary breakfast was good. Great customer service! I requested an extra blanket and it was delivered within 10 minutes. I mentioned my grandmother passed and was visiting for the funeral. The staff sent me a nice message, champagne and ice cream. Join Edwards was especially kind to me. I’m forever grateful!

The service was 100% excellent, stayed here on work assignment. Starting with the staff- AMAZING! each and every encounter I had with staff was fantastic. Pleasant and helpful , always from front desk, house keeping and kitchen staff what a pleasant group of people to start the morning breakfast with! The hotel amenities and aesthetic...2 thumbs up.

We just want to thank Courtney for her absolute professionalism , patience and customer service presence in making our stay perfect . The hotel and property is clean, breakfast is tasty , social distancing protocol and practices in place , pleasant front desk staff. With everything going on , we were pleasantly surprised to find our room was cleaned while we were out which at many hotels is not occurring . Wonderful , our favorite place to stay !

You wouldn’t think this place is located in the Bronx. It looks out of place in the best way. You can smell how clean it is from the moment you walk into the lobby. Friendly staff, and very informative. Quick and easy check in. THE ROOMS!! Beautiful!! Everything you need is in one place. A kitchen, sectional sofa, beautiful bed, and gorgeous bathroom. I highly recommend this Hotel for a special night, if you are visiting family, or whatever else. No complaints.

This hotel is really nice. was more than I expected. Was a short stay for me since I was there for only a night celebrating my birthday; but it was a great stay starting with the front desk staff. As soon as I walked in, the ladies at the front desk greeted me and complimented me on how pretty I looked. They are Very nice professional ladies with a great attitude. Brittany Revels was very nice and attentive. Automatically acknowledge that it was my birthday and gave me a complimentary wine bottle and complimentary water. Thank you guys for an oustanding service, and for having a very clean hotel with easy complimentary parking. Will deff come back here but to stay longer and enjoy this location.

A marvelous stay!

Stayed here for 1 night while on business. Staff was very friendly at check in and breakfast was actually a lot better than most Marriott's free breakfasts. Definitely a big plus for that!

Rooms were spotless and wifi was strong.

What a little gem of an hotel. I just checked today and the rooms were super clean, nice temperature, modern furniture and plenty of space with separate areas for work and lounging. Full kitchen and the bathroom/shower is lovely. The lobby smells like a spa, and there is a bar, spa and apple bees attached to the property. It’s probably the most modern residence inn that I’ve stayed at. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here this past weekend, and couldn’t have been more pleased! From the moment we walked in, there was nothing but exceptional service. We had an issue with our reservations being lost (due to Expedia’s negligence), but the nice lady at the front desk, Susan, made sure that we had the room we originally booked, and was able to offer it at an even better rate! To top it off, we were sent complimentary bottles of champagne to the room after we checked in early. I also failed to mention the upbeat modern atmosphere and great amenities they offered as well. I will most certainly be staying here on my next trip to visit family. Thank you Susan, and thanks to the rest of the great staff as well!
