After battling with the reservation team at Princess trying to get a cruise booked, I popped into Enchanted Honeymoons to get some help. Brandi sat me down, asked a few questions to get aligned, and we got to work. She got on the phone and started taking care of business and in a short amount of time we got everything booked. I got a follow-up call and emails as well, so I think we are all set. I will happily work with Brandi again on our next family vacation!

My husband and I chose to go to Sandals St Lucia last December for our honeymoon and wanted to have a travel planner in case anything were to go wrong. We had the pleasure of working with Joshua and he did a great job helping us plan our trip. We have another trip planned to Sandals Bahamas this upcoming winter and we are using Joshua again. He has answered every question I have had in a timely manner & we will definitely use him again! I highly recommend Enchanted Honeymoons for any destination trip.

This travel agency is absolutely the best! Josh Martinez set up a destination wedding for us and he has been phenomenal. Josh and the rest of the team have been extremely patient with us as we had some complications with our group members arise, but their team and especially Josh helped us worked through them. The whole office is excellent at communicating and helping resolve issues. I recommend them highly and if we ever plan another trip, we will definitely be using this company. I had the privilege of going on a Royal Caribbean cruise with my partner Nick. Our honeymoon was awesome and spectacular. Jeff Bartels was my travel agent and he helped me out immensely because I am a poor planner, at every corner of the vacation I never had to worry. My excursions were beautiful, fun and Jeff knew exactly what was poppin. Thanks to Jeff I was also able to run into Kelsea balarini and it was phenomenal. Marissa is the best travel agent, always updating us on our travels, emailing us while at the resort to make sure everything is okay, and when we get back just too make sure our flight back was okay as well. I can say without hesitation that Enchanted Honeymoons has been the easiest vendor to work with my entire wedding planning process. I NEVER had to worry about things getting done, reach out a second time, or stress that things were being overcharged or forgotten about. The process has been super easy. They asked a ton of questions, didn't pressure me to choose anything specific and geared the entire process around what fit for my fiancé and I. We just got back from St.Lucia and we stayed at the Royallton all inclusive. We had the best time and Marissa Hatcher did an awesome job! We have no complaints! Everything went so smooth from the time of booking and being so patient with us. She sent us a lot of options and answered all of our questions thoroughly and was so efficient with everything from our flights to our accommodations and even with the return home accommodations. We recently went to Jamaica to celebrate our anniversary. Kyle at Enchanted Honeymoons really made the process easy. He was extremely helpful when one of our bags was lost. We were able to enjoy our trip while Kyle worked behind the scenes to try and locate our bags and help extend our vacation. We highly recommend Kyle and will use Enchanted Honeymoons for our future trips.

My wife and I booked a 10 year anniversary trip to the Dominican Republic through Enchanted Honeymoons. The entire process was excellent and Josh Martinez took care of everything for us. I was most impressed when our private transfer to the resort fell through while we were mid-flight and by the time we landed he had a different private transport set up and we didn't have to stress at all. My husband and I reached out to Enchanted honeymoons to plan a trip to the Carribbean. Samantha Herman was SO WONDERFUL to work with! She sent us a bunch of options within our budget, offered personal insight, and got us all booked. She was SO easy to communicate with. I had never traveled internationally before and had emailed her numerous times with questions in which she was very patient, friendly, informative, and quick to respond. We had no issues during our travels, but it was so comforting knowing if there had been any hiccups, there was a 27/7 line to call for belp. We will DEFINITELY be reaching out to Samantha for our next vacation!
