Linda is a true professional! Flights, cruse package, transfers, and shore excursions all managed with exceptional attention to detail. Four countries in nine days Linda ensured or Mediterranean cruse was the experience of a lifetime. We can’t thank you enough!

Linda did an amazing job booking our vacation! This was the first time we used a travel agent and I can’t say enough good things about her. Her communication was above and beyond anything we expected. We had a 6am flight to Mexico which got canceled at 8pm the night before. Linda reached out right away and had us re-booked on a new flight within 20 minutes! And this was at 8pm at night, well beyond a normal work day. The new flight left 15 minutes later and was only an hour difference in time. The next morning she was up at 4am and texted us letting us know our flight was on time for that day. She followed along our entire itinerary and sent us flight details and confirmations along the way. She did a fantastic job finding us a resort that checked all our boxes and still fit in our budget. Linda did everything from booking our transportation to and from our resort to making sure we knew where to go for pickup and who to walk past (time share people/Taxi’s etc). I can’t say enough good things about her. If you are on the fence on using a travel agent, I urge you to reach out to Linda. We will be using her for all our trips moving forward and are excited to start planning another!

Linda Heard is the best travel agent ever!!!! she always tries to get us the best deal and personally makes sure everything is perfect. We've had some trips where the airlines had given us a run around and Linda worked 24/7 to get the details figured out.

Linda is the absolute best! She is thorough, responsive, and no detail goes unnoticed. We’ve planned several family vacations through her and couldn’t be more pleased. The most stressful part of travel for me is arranging transportation and Linda takes care of it. It so nice being able to get off of the plane and go straight to a driver who’s waiting to take you to your destination with ice cold Corona’s :)

From starting the process of which tropical place to vacation to the day we left Jamaica, Linda was so helpful, attentive, and amazing at helping us! Linda is AMAZING!!! Everything went off without a hitch! We had a large group so were a bit nervous but clearly did not need to be. The resort was recommended by Linda and she was 100% correct! It was absolutely what we were looking for. She also checked in with us multiple times during our trip to make sure all was going well, above and BEYOND our expectations! I will not travel again without her help!!
