Jeff Leach was tremendous to work with. I sent a list of requirements for our trip and he came back with a whole list of options that met those requirements. After picking one, Jeff remained in contact with us every step of the way. We received multiple emails leading up to our trip, including one with various tips and travel recommendations which was very helpful. He then followed up immediately following our trip to see that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend him as a travel agent to anybody!

A Travel Agent that is there when you need them. I have known Jeff and Jerri Leach for years and have used them for several of our vacations. It was great to be able to call Jeff on a Saturday when we boarded our ship for an 8-day Eastern Caribbean Cruise.

The welcome letter from the captain told us the itinerary was changing. Out of the four excursions we had planned through Dream Vacations would not longer match up with the Schedule. Jeff worked to get them refunded and reschedule. We had a great time.

Jeri was so helpful in finding my husband and I a honeymoon that was in budget and all inclusive. She was very responsive and assisted with all our needs and questions we had. She made the process so easy that we barely had to do anything to prepare other than what we wanted to bring there and what we wanted to bring back. We had a great time on our first cruise! It was 4 days and it stopped at Key West and Nassau, Bahamas. The cabin and itinerary were perfect for first time cruisers like us who weren't sure if it was something we'd enjoy.

I have never used a travel agent before so this was my first go round. Planned a smaller family vacation to Mexico. Jeff’s recommendations on everything from the arrival, food, what to bring, were 100% on point. He was very responsive from start to finish and I never had to wait long for a helpful response. We could not have asked for a better travel agent than Jeff! He was a dream to work with (no pun intended) to plan our destination wedding in Mexico. He was extremely responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. and put our minds at ease with coordinating so many people to travel for our big day. When an unexpected issue arose, he was on top of it immediately. he helped coordinate last minute cancellations or changes to reservations due to unforeseen circumstances without adding additional stress to us on an already stressful day. We will 100% use Jeff again for future travel and we urge you to as well!

I have only worked with one other travel agent in the past, but after my experience with Jeff, I won't consider anyone else. Jeff had booked my husband and I a cruise last year, which unfortunately got cancelled. We have been itching to go on another vacation and we ended up booking a Cancun trip this year. We stayed 3 nights on Isla Mujeres (VRBO, which I booked), and 4 nights at Finest Playa Mujeres. Jeff was willing to set up all of our transportation, even though he only booked part of our trip. Jeff was extremely responsive, and I usually had an email reply within an hour or two. We had 9 total people go and they all booked through Dream Vacations. The process from start to finish was seamless. Jeff reminded us of important information, and even sent a helpful tip sheet to everyone. Several of the people who came with us have never been out of the country, and Jeff made them feel so comfortable. We have had a history of issues with transfer before, but the company that he used was AMAZING. They were so kind, had cold drinks waiting, and were so thorough. Jeff could easily book and not add all the extra details, but he truly goes above and beyond with his service. Highly highly recommend using Dreams Vacation for your next vacation! Thank you Jeff!

We just went to Mexico for our first time, and not knowing what to expect we thought we would give Dream Vacations a try to help with any travel concerns. We are BEYOND happy we did. For essentially the same price as I could get online, Jeff took care of all the details and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. We have used Jeff for our last two vacations. We had taken his recommendations for resorts and they have been fantastic. He made all arrangements and even gave excursion ideas and lots of emails to make sure we were aware of what we needed to do before we went and while we were at the resorts.
