I would never again rent from Norman Realty Solution LLC. We went 6 months without a working bathroom sink my husband had to fix the sink. We delt with a rodent issue that we had to pay for because the owner didn't feel it was necessary to seal holes in the basement. Every winter the heat went out and Nick told us to turn on the stoves on leave them open, they are electric, and tenants pay for electric. He refused to reimburse us. The office is very unorganized I had to show bank statements on more the one occasion proving we paid our rent.
