U.S. Bank branch located inside Family Fare Supermarket-Papillion

The bank is conveniently located inside family fare. The branch is located to your left after you walk in. The staff there is very friendly and are very willing to assist with what you need and to answer your questions. However their hours do differ from family fare. They are typical banking hours Monday through Friday and part of Saturday and closed on Sundays. They are also closed on most of that all holidays. The branch seems very well ran and well-maintained. It’s clutter free and everything is new organized. They can do anything for any branch can do. They are 100% capable just as if you walked up to a standalone branch. I like the fact that I can go get groceries do my shopping and then I stop by if I need any type of business accomplished in regards to banking. Also I enjoyed that the bank is conveniently located pretty much in the town center of Papillion. They also have an ATM located on site. So if they are closed you can always use the ATM. As you know the ATM can pretty much do almost everything at the bank tell her to do. Other than that give it a shot.

Angel is a perfect example of quality customer service. She always has a smile on her face and takes her time to be extra helpful. She spent 20 minutes counting pennies for my son!

Always have done my banking here and nothing will change! Great people and very strait forward and easy to understand
