This GameStop location is in my opinion, one of the best GameStop stores in the entire Capital Region and I don't say that lightly! The staff here are truly awesome and will literally go out of their way to help you in any way that they can! Upcoming sales that you personally would enjoy...They will inform you of them, way ahead of time! Upcoming games that are going to be available for pre-order? Yup, they'll remind you of those! Not to mention, they will some how remember, what kind of specific genre of games you prefer and if there's anything that they have played recently and really enjoyed, they will take the time to tell you what they liked about the title and why you should grab a copy for yourself! I mean, that's customer service at it's very best!! This location is always stocked full of goodies, pre-owned games, new titles, custom game consoles you won't find anywhere else and tons of accessories for whatever the platform your playing on!! If you haven't stopped in to this location in a while, get on over there before you miss out on some epic games, great deals and exceptional customer service!! Rock on GameStop! The first time I’ve been to this gamestop was Saturday morning to run in for some gift cards for a birthday party with my son. The staff was awesome, super friendly knowledgeable, great with my son, and even did their job and try to upsell us on reserving a game, which we did not do but the way he asked it wasn’t like it is sometimes where you feel like you are at a used car dealership.
