The best fried rice I have ever had in my life!
I’m really picky on fried rice and prefer to have it wet and more soft(mushy), so far I haven’t found a place with a better fried rice that fits exactly what I’m looking for.
Usually I get the Bao Buns and Milk tea but I’ve also tried the chicken tempura, everything is just incredible and I really haven’t had a single bad meal in the 2 years we have been going.
The owner even recognizes us now and all of the employees are so friendly, we usually get take out and eat in the car because the seating is a little cramped for me but if you don’t mind being close near others at restaurants than it’s perfect!
Highly recommend this place any chance I get and I’m always trying to talk friends and family into trying the food. :)

Everyone was very wonderful! The atmosphere and music were very nice. I liked all the food it just lacked flavor (not in a bad way) There was some but it was very subtle minus the cucumber salad with its nice spicy kick. I've tried a bunch of different noodle bars/ authentic Asian cuisine restaurants so for us the flavor was just not there compared to others. This doesn't mean the food is not good just not what we were expecting.

I have been wanting to go for a while and they are usually packed so I can't get in, but when I did I was thoroughly impressed! The place is very small on the inside, similar to an old fashioned diner or authentic Asian restaurant which is small, a hand full of tables and a counter to eat at, but they can cram a bunch in there comfortably. I didn't understand what some of the dishes were on the menu but our server was very helpful and explained everything for us so we knew we would be satisfied with our order. They had Boba Tea so I definitely got myself one with Lychee, and we went with Dumplings for our Appetizer; which were the best Dumplings I've ever had in my life! I absolutely love trying new foods and ethnic dishes, and when they put that bowl in front of me I realized I had never had true authentic Ramen before. Everything that I took out of that massive bowl and out in my mouth was incredible! It was piping hot for about 20 minutes, and we stayed for about 2.5 hours eating and talking, and I was so impressed my food stayed warm for about 2 hours of it. Overall if you can get in, I highly recommend Hong, it's definitely the best Noodle bar in the Dover area, and I can't wait to go again!

Absolutely spectacular! The flavors were wonderful and the portions were large. We had the 拍黄瓜 (smashed cucumber salad) which is trending in China right now. It was fresh and savory at the same time. I love it here ☺

Ok this place is amazing! Legit ramen, chicken wings, dumplings, and the crab rangoon was excellent. Several delicious Boba teas (I loved the grapefruit lychee jelly!). We had several apps & entrees... everything was excellent.

I was very impressed by the quality of the food! It's hard to find a place that can do both Chinese and Japanese food well and even the bubble tea was really good. Agedashi tofu and tempura were really crispy and not too oily. Ramen broth was rich and all the ingredients were very fresh. Udon wasn't too salty and delicious. I really liked the spicy cucumber salad (sorry forgot the name)! The service was awesome and all the food came out fast!

Third time we've gone and the third kind of ramen I've had there. All have been great. I like that they have takoyaki and soup dumplings. Both items not easily found in this area. The udon soup and pork bao buns were great too. The service is always great and will definitely be going back. Hope they start selling the tee shirts the crew wear. I want one and I think you will too if you go.

Best thing to happen to Dover in a minute. The apps came out one at a time so we could relax and enjoy the company we came with. The food was phenomenal and the staff was attentive and recommended the best noodles for a stoner like me. The beverages took some time to come out but the staff made up for what was lacking. 10/10 would recommend.

If you love Japanese cuisine, this is the place for you. The green tea is refreshing and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. If you finish your bowl of noodles, you get a $5 credit towards a future meal.

Delicious! Everything was so fresh and the staff was very friendly! Will be back!

Went back almost two years later and such an amazing meal. Small issue was fixed immediately and taken off the bill. Will be back asap!

We have tried Chinese food from around the world and the flavours here are on par with some of the really good food that we have had. Definitely recommend the spicy chicken popcorn with their homemade spice. The fried rice had that wok hei that makes it so irresistible. The crab soup dumplings were lovely and bursting with flavour and didn't burn our mouth so that's a plus. The crab Rangoon was the first rangoons we have had here that actually had crab in it and it definitely makes a difference. We had enough leftovers to take home and make another meal out of it so the portions are generous and well worth the price.

We've been waiting for this place to open for months and it did not disappoint! I got the Hong tan-tan Japanese noodles. It was really delicious. The boys ordered different bowls and really enjoyed them, and they each had a bubble tea (I had a sip and thought it was pretty tasty). The service was top-notch. Very friendly. If you're in the area, this place should definitely be on your to-do list.

My favorite noodles north of Boston. Their udon is outstanding and my brother is always happy with the ramen.

They also have great dumplings.

Went with my granddaughters on a Saturday 12:15 pm. Got a parking spot out front by the door, bonus!
We were seated at a table for four so we had extra room.

Staff was very helpful, they helped the girls sort out their order. They got miso and some bubble tea which I was clueless about. I got peach tea, spicy miso and octo balls😁. The portions were served in huge bowls and we all got take home seconds. The spicy miso was a good temp and not painful but again I use ghost pepper sauce on almost everything. The octopus balls were tasty and full of small bits of octopus.

Yes parking is limited and the dining area was small but functional. Around 1pm families of 6 or 7 members came in and somehow all got seated. After tip the check came close to $100 but we'll worth it.

A warm atmosphere with super friendly service and great food. We've now gone several times and it's always a great experience. The Soup Dumplings are a must!

This is, by far, the best place for noodles and dumplings. It's not even fair how good everything was. It was extremely fresh, fast service, and just an all-around amazing experience. 10 out of 10 will be doing it again.

An overall 5 star experience on our first trip! The tonkotsu ramen, tempura udon, cucumber salad, agedashi tofu, and soup dumplings are all worth getting and the service was great!

My husband and I go here all the time, and I bring all my friends. The milk bubble tea is fresh and delicious. The Xiao Long Bao are fluffy and warm. The ramen is warm and homey. The staff have always been very sweet to us, and the atmosphere is clean and friendly.

Loved it! Already can't wait to go back! Pan Fried Dumplings and the Bo buns would have been yummy enough but then add the Spicy Miso Ramen, I am so stuffed but it was totally worth it.
