Sheridan Hotel

The bed was clean in the bathroom was clean it was a small little hotel but they take good care of it and I'm happy for that and the TV work and the refrigerator work and the microwave work and AC work it is a nice place for you to go with your partner and have a good time and it's not expensive so I'm happy for that too keep up the good work

My stay here was great a few years ago and it was due to a snow storm and my job relocated us to this hotel over night. Like wow the room was beautiful and the staff very quick to respond. I slept like a baby got up at 5:00am had breakfast at 6:00 and they had a great selection for Breakfast. It was great. I wold definitely stay there again. Hey Sheridan can I get a free stay 😊

It’s was disgusting. It smelled horrible, the sheets were stained, the room was dirty, there wasn’t even a blanket just the sheet, and only two ragged towels, no hand towels or washcloths, the water is backwards on the shower so cold is hot and hot is cold.

Greeted with a smile as soon as I arrived, Sally ,Z and Sunny were outstanding, they went above and beyond to help me and and my Friends. I strongly " recommend" This Hotel. The Staff here are top notch right from the friendly efficient front desk people to the room service folks. The rooms were very clean and I will always stay here when in Bronx. Kudos to whoever hired such staff...Enjoyed The stay Will stay again for sure..

Generally speaking I've been to this place three times over the last 3 years and each time was it interesting encounter furthermore the location sucks it's an industrial place but it's right next to the highway which is convenient for some more headache for most who are trying to be inconspicuous

I work for a company in which I do all the booking for travel. Just in the past two months I have booked about eighty hotel rooms in five states. I have dealt with online booking agencies (expedia, orbitz, etc.) and was absolutely disgusted with their customer service!
I called this hotel for a last minute reservation for an employee. The lady (Alicia) that handled my reservation was incredible! I expressed some concerns about previous hotel issues and she re-assured me that she was going to take care of me.
Not only did she do just that, she was polite and gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced! We do a lot of business in this area and I intend on using this hotel for further travel!
My employee says he liked coming to this hotel because of how helpful she was, how clean it was, and that his experience was wonderful.

Was here for work, the bar and restaurant are fantastic. The staff was amazing and the gym and pool were great!

the Sheridan hotel was amazing located in the perfect area to get on the sub at whitlock station the staff were very friendly called a cab for me every time i needed 1 cab was there in 3mins the rooms were super nice and clean flat screen tv beautiful headboard 5 star bathroom the a./c got freezing cold dnt believe these reviews about the area is dangerous and you will get robbed walking outside its a busy street and by the street is a freeway do u really think someone would rob u with hundreds of cars passing by? i highly doubt it the prices are very reasonable i got on the subway everyday and felt 100% safe!!! enjoy your stay at Sheridan hotel like i did!!!

Clean . wifi good can heat up food in room .parking good over nights but call ahead if anything nice place to stay

Great for a short stay. The room we got had a messed up bed so the switched us and the next room was the same way

Nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, highly recommend. Will be staying here again. Pet friendly!

Great Time with my husband

The staff stays out of your business, the prices are fair, and it's not your average hood roach motel lol...I'd recommend it to anybody!

Love this place , the beds are so comfortable as the pillows but those sheets were heaven
