Stayed 3/10-3/13/2024- Hotel was nice great service from attendants. Room 10/10 clean fully stocked. Bathroom very nice and clean. Actually was quiet and very relaxing. Will definitely book here again.

I love this place in Delaware, somewhere you can relax, and spend a few nights without spending all your money. The breakfast there is great, the kitchen Lady Ms Pat makes the best breakfast, and she keeps the place spotless.

Came to NY for a Brewer game and stayed here. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Good location in the city to all amenities. Great that they have reserved parking onsite as this was a big concern for myself of finding parking daily.

This has to be the nicest, cleanest and best looking hotel in all of the Bronx. Let’s start with the lobby staff and security, it’s super excellent and attentive. The head of the room attendants is one of the nicest & friendliest people I’ve meet. She came in the room to double check the towels and room cleanliness. During breakfast she was there to help in every step of the way. The room (King Suite) is my absolute favorite. The smell of absolute freshness hits you immediately and the overall look is an easy 10/10. This is by far the go to stay in the Bronx. I’m trying to think of a complaint to add but nothing comes to mind. Full breakfast style buffet, clean and fresh rooms with tons of extra needs provided. Hallways and surround area of the block spotless. (A+ ::: 10/10)

I was blown away with how nice this hotel was! Very clean, nice security, small parking lot with about 15 or 20 spaces on the premises. Once you check in you get the ticket for your designated parking space if they are not fully booked. Very nice new rooms, nice little breakfast in the morning, front desk was great! Just overall a great experience. Nicer than hotels in higher price points!

Being from Upstate NY, given Our Ideas about the City, I truly don't believe parking should be on a First Come Basis. Luckily I arrived an hour before check in and received a parking spot.

I have stayed at this location on two occasions. The staff is very polite and willing to go the extra mile. The security guard also was very pleasant as well. I had an issue with a 3rd party on booking a parking spot and the security was willing to move his vehicle and provide me with his spot on the property. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is not to bad either. I would recommend to others.

How good is this hotel if it's in the bronx?
The hotel is in my personal opinion completely perfect (and I stayed in the Sheridan near times square and I personally would rather stay here than there).
Pros:
1.Price; because of the reputation of the Bronx ,the prices here are much cheaper and honestly it's not too crazy (also pretty safe).
2.The hotel staff; and security are extremely nice.
3. The location; is on average $30 from here to anywhere in Manhattan and it's right there next to the highway so you're not going to be going through a lot of the 'hood'. Also it's extremely safe in the daytime because the police station is nearby just don't wonder out at night but that's not really anything to do with the hotel.
4. Why do I like it so much? It doesn't go above and beyond it does what it's meant to do a well-run hotel. The breakfast is 6 to 9 and honestly it's simplicity is the best. Grab and go food that you could heat up in your microwave in the room. And it's not something cheap that most four five-star hotels whip up in the morning it's usually as well as muffins and yogurts with cereal variety and orange juice and all of this in top of what really shocked me FREE WIFI (the Sheridan in Manhattan doesn't even offer that).
5. Privacy; the hotel staff is generally really nice and is not judgmental.

Cons
1. I don't know if it's always but when I stayed the hallways had a musty kind of humid smell.

A great place to stay if you're coming to visit someone or to do just business.

Manager and staff was very nice, friendly, helpful.During the Covid-19 we couldn't have hot breakfast but they still tried to serve you a cold breakfast cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee, muffins it was great. The hotel is very clean the rooms are clean. And the rooms are very dark if you work nights at your job. Best places to stay. Parking isn't bad.

If I could give 10 stars I WOULD! My boyfriend and I had some issues with our reservation through Priceline, which was frustrating . We were able to speak with the manager Franklin directly about our issues, he went above and beyond to correct the mistakes of the third party. Franklin provided more than an outstanding customer experience , he made us feel welcomed and gave us an UNFORGETTABLE experience. That is how you build your clientele and that is how you have your guests always coming back. The hotel was 100% clean, in the lobby was a water dispenser infused with lemon which was fresh. The room was clean and spacious, clean sheets and a beautiful bathroom fully stocked. The free breakfast was appetizing, they had fresh donuts and my favorite part was making my own waffle with waffle machine that was available. This is the hotel you need to come to besides it being close to Yankee Stadium, The staff was extremely polite. I will be returning in the future, Thank you again Franklin!

This comfort inn was a pleasant surprise. The front staff was excellent. Rooms were comfortable and nice. I went back home (the Bronx) for a funeral and they were so helpful, we booked 2 rooms and several other family members did too. We plan on coming back soon to handle some affairs and spend some leisure time too 👍🏽😍

Honestly, I had to write a review. This is my second time staying here and I enjoy it. The rooms are very clean, the beds as well and they are veryyyy comfortable. I love the showers, they’re big also. They give you plenty of towels and wash clothes, soap as well. The rooms didn’t smell. I most definitely recommend the hotel even with people partying on the floor we were on.

We choose this location off of a short list of options in the Bronx that was reasonably priced. I was worried because I had never been there but it was amazing. First off the hotel is brand new, no one had ever stayed in our room. When we arrived my 5 year old had mentioned to me that he wanted to stay on the top floor, the woman at the front desk over heard him and changed our room so we could be on the top floor. The room was large, well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. They had a array of tasty breakfast foods. We tried the sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, orange juice, milk, chobani yogurt, and bananas. They are 2 blocks from the subway, just a 4 minute walk. Everyone was very nice, accommodating and professional. We will definitely stay there again!

Stayed here three nights for electric zoo this weekend. We ended up arriving very early and they got a room ready for us at like 7:30AM for no extra charge. Staff was nothing but polite and helpful the entire time. Water pressure was iffy but that's about the only real issue we had. Overall very happy with my experience!

I travel 3 out of 4 weeks a month for work and this was the nicest bathroom I've seen yet. Sliding shower door(not that barely there curtain that soaks the room, clean counter and updated fixtures. The room was a bit on the smaller side but not to the point of being cramped with the king bed.

This place is wonderful. The beds are amazingly comfortable, the staff is personable and helpful, it is safe and friendly. We had a few speed bumps during our stay, NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOTEL IN ANY WAY, and they were so helpful and supportive and accommodating in each situation. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!!

Very good. Only 1 year old. Room very good and walk-in shower and clean and very comfortable bed. Only 4 blocks (6min) walk to #6 subway train to downtown Manhattan. Parking limited but some sheltered near lobby entrance which was very helpful since I didn't need to clean the car of snow after a storm. Will stay again and will be go to hotel for business in the NYC area.

Great location - close to Yankee Stadium. You can walk or take the subway which is about three blocks away. Don't know how old the hotel is but it feels like it is only a few years old. Very nice inside. Breakfast included. Plus it is rare to find a place with two queen size beds for under $150/night. We go every year to see the Yankees and this will be our hotel every year.
