700 Washington Apartments

GREAT place to live! Conveniently located right at the East Bank campus, with plenty of restaurants, healthcare facilities, and other amenities nearby, plus easy access to public transit. The facility is very safe, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly people. I highly recommend living here!

Seems like the new management company and their team is actually working hard to make improvements to the property and daily life of the residents, a needed breath of fresh air!

I have enjoyed my time at The 700 on Washington. The rooms are nice and quaint, and the building staff is very helpful!

I’ve been living at the 700 for two years and i think it’s a great apartment among others in this area.
Things can still be improved - The parking space is relatively small but fair enough. The fitness room and equipments might need to be maintained better but as long as you let the staff know when things happen, they will take care of it.
Things I really like:
I like the location, as it locates on campus and easy to get to other places with the convenient transportation.
I like my furnished room and the size is fair enough with the price. (it might be a little bit high if you have limited budget but it’s furnished!).
I really enjoy living here because of the staff member such as Ricardo, they are really friendly and interact/ communicate with you well to make sure you get what you need.
If you want to live at a place with a good location, furnished, fair prize, and great office staff, I recommend the 700!

I really like the atmosphere, and the positivity of this community. I also love how close it is to the campus gym and many other places on campus. If you need a place to live close to campus it's definitely a good option!

The 700 is a stellar place to live! The location is perfect if you are going into a health profession and have to be in Moos for those 8 AM labs. The people at the front desk always welcome ya with a smile and a friendly hello. The maintenance workers are also exceptionally prompt and friendly!

Complimentary coffee in the lobby- comparable price of rent to other apartment buildings around campus- convenient location-underground parking- great sky lounge for studying. Check it out!

Alicia and David in the management office create an inclusive, welcoming environment. Their positive and professional attitudes are impressive, as both take great pride delivering outstanding customer service. Greg manages the building's maintenance program with a friendly and caring approach. He provides timely repairs when needed and demonstrates a level of responsiveness that is truly second to none. You'll be pleasantly surprised how Alicia, David and Greg treat everyone more like family than residents. The 700 on Washington is easily the best rental experience that I've ever had... I'm confident that you won't be disappointed!

So far, I've had an excellent experience at the 700 on Washington. The facilities are awesome, and I love the view from the Sky Lounge on the top floor. It's in a fantastic spot, right in the middle of campus. It's also just steps away from the light rail if you want to go to the Mall of America, Downtown Minneapolis, the Airport, or more! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Great location! Super convenient for students since it's right on campus. Plus the light rail station is so close it makes it really easy getting to classes. The staff is also really friendly and helpful, and the coffee machine is great.

700‘s people are very nice, both our neighbor and the people in office. Especially Alicia is a very kind and helpful person. She helped me settle here!
I hope in the future someone in this apartment could fulfill the work we asked for (our kitchen shelf.....)
Anyway, everyone is busy here, but I believe the 700 is always my better choice in the US.
Just hope our kitchen shelf fixed soon.......

I have lived in the 700 since last fall. I've experienced many positive things about the location. For one, the staff is amazing, Alicia with her awesome events, David with his overall professionalism, and the amazing maintenance duo who take pride in the work they do. Not to mention all of the giveaways and amenities. I give the 700 💯/💯.

Great apartment building! Super nice furnishing and the staff keep it spotless. Location is ideal for the gym, Sally’s, and the football stadium!!

I haven‘t moved in but I planned in fall. It is obviously that 700 has the best location for students. And I knew one of the management team numbers Alicia since I lived at WAHU for almost 2 years. She is super helpful and respectful to everyone. She was so patient to explain every detail when we were having the tour. She is the reason why I consider 700 as one of my options.

Awesome complex. One night around 3 AM I decided to build a small fort in the elevator. I built a campfire and managed to capture, cook, and eat some bugs that I captured outside and brought in. Kept the fire going for roughly 8-9 hours overnight while I made sure the elevator was moving the entire time. Was completely thrilled the entire time. I also loved my room and the ghost that inhabited it (Steve). Having to cook for 2 was a little annoying at times but I loved having the company in such a spacious single room. Also had a great time jumping through the trash chutes, got stuck a few times but again, the thrill was worth it. Would reccomend this place to others for sure.

I have choosen 700 on Washington as a safe home to spend my last year in the graduate school. It is always a warm and cozy place for me to think of on cold winter nights. I get kind greetings and cheerings from the staff everyday. The price seems high at first glance, but after talking to other students living in other complexes nearby you would find that 700 on Washington is a great value!

Fantastic place to live. Close to campus, competitive pricing, and decent amenities. Great events at the sky lounge every month too!
