Pine County License Center

I was really dreading going in to have my license renewed. It's something I dislike doing very much. However going here was very quick and made the experience about as good as it could possibly be. I appreciate the fast service.

The folks working here contradict every stereotype ever given to the DMV. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I started my trip there dreading what was to come and left the counter smiling and happy.

I dealt directly with the state of Minnesota for over 3 months trying to obtain a title for a vehicle after they were the ones that shredded the original. After no success I went to the Pine City office. These ladies are absolutely the best. They took my situation very seriously. They called the state on my behalf. The state started giving them the run around but these gals wouldn't take no for an answer! They accomplished what was needed and within 2 weeks I had a title. These gals truly care about doing a great job and I cannot thank them enough!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I love that they are down to earth and will joke around. The last interaction I had with them was with Miranda. She went above and beyond as usual and always with a smile. Love that you don't need an appointment too!

Always great friendly service from ALL the employees! Miranda is always willing to answer all of my questions and inform me on what all I need to have. For a sort PSA please remember they don't make the rules or regulations however they do have to follow them so please be kind and understanding. They are people too!🙂

I have month old twins and going to the license center to change my address was something I was dreading (lines, waiting, and anxiety if they started crying). The staff was extremely helpful and could have been more accommodating. Not to mention the support and help from fellow costumers. Love this community.

I for one am glad they're in the area. convenient location. Plenty of services and quick to get the help you need. Been friendly enough to me Every time ive been in the building. I don't expect a welcoming committee to cheer when I enter the door. Reading the comments; I think that's what some people must expect. Maybe the ones complaining are bringing their own bad attitudes in there. Negative attitudes are contagious people!! 😆

Anyways; 5 stars for convenience, speed of service and for being knowledgeable and professional about the services they provide.

Best DMV in the whole state. Super fast, very nice people. Went in today and had 10 people ahead of me. Still had me done and on the way out in under 20 minutes.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Fun, helpful, personable and knowledgeable staff. Rarely a wait beyond just a couple of people unless you go on a Monday when all the kiddos have just taken their road test! :-) I've been to severe other DMV locations and this one is the BEST OF THE BEST!

Miranda was super helpful! Going to the DMV always is a dread but I came in with a good attitude and got one right back:) exactly how it should go

I went in today since I was in town and went to do a address change and Miranda helped me and she was very helpful and very nice. I will definitely go back to this location again!!!

Great staff and fast and convenient to go to. If I could make any complaint at all it would be the parking lot sucks but if that is my only gripe I think they are just fine

My son had got the wrong type of license when he passed his driving test. Miranda went way above and beyond helping. Excellent service!!

Been to many DMV offices and this was by far the best I have seen. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous something you never think of when dealing with DMV.

Jeff, Karen, Jackie and Scott work very hard to give accurate and efficient answers and customer service. They are friendly, helpful and a great small business in our small town.
