Anna was SO helpful and patient with us. We had a 6pm appointment and she stayed until 7:40pm (they close at 7) getting our new phones set up and making sure everything was perfect. We never felt rushed and felt like we were truly being helped. I would highly recommend working with her, and making an appointment!

Came into Beatrice office of Cellular One for help recovering some info I had accidentally deleted.
Veana spent 2 hours dealing with this problem! She was knowledgeable and very friendly..... and patient. My phone had a couple of issues that she worked out and everything turned out well!
