Solhaus Apartments

We just moved in. The experience so far has been fabulous. Karen in the leasing office has worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth move in. You can tell she really cares that the students moving in get the info and help they need. On top of that, the apartment itself is FABULOUS. Floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings, spacious rooms, quality appliances. Excited to live here!

Great experience here with the staff and the service they've offered. Todd and Lisa have made my experience here at Solhaus much more easier and comfortable. Great and outgoing people who gladly take up their time to thoroughly help you with your problems and really give their best effort in helping.

I've had a really good experience with Solhaus. The staff are incredible and very responsive to residents' needs. Safe building, pet friendly, good location, clean and functional common areas, and tons of natural light from the windows. Overall, a great place to live.

My fiance and I had a great experience at Solhaus Tower. For the most part we worked with Shelby, the Community Manager, and she was great! She was always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Any time we had any concerns she was willing to listen and come up with the best solutions. On top of that, the apartments are gorgeous! We absolutely loved the wood flooring, huge windows and stunning kitchen. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move to a great apartment building in Stadium Village.

This is student housing in a popular area -- understandably, the rooms arent huge and the rent is relatively high. But, the staff is great. The maintenance worker, Brandon, is particularly helpful -- he responds within 24 hours of a request and will fix anything! Because of that, any problem I've had has been fixed. Fantastic service!

My wife and I lived in a 2b2b apartment at Solhaus for 12 months. The room is quiet and sunny, all electronics work well, maintenance are fast and efficient, no unexpected charges happened. In all, we are very satisfied with our experience at Solhaus and we do appreciate all their efforts. We miss the Minnesota nice. Wonderful place to live.

Brendan Taylor has been an absolute joy to work with. My boyfriend and I had issues with our application and I reached out to Brendan numerous times via email slightly panicked about the whole process. Brendan was always quick to respond and would often get back to me within an hour or two. His reassurance, willingness to answer questions, and positive demeanor are unlike any other management team I have encountered. Brendan always kept me “in the know” when it came to the status of the application and has gone out of his way to make sure I had a positive experience. My boyfriend and I are excited to move in to our new home!

Amazing property close to campus and many restaurants/grocery stores. Everything we need is a short walk away. Very clean common areas and good size gym for the amount of people living here. Indoor parking makes everything easier. Planning on staying here for the whole duration of our studies.

I love this apartment! Close to train, restaurants and shopping. Safe building, Printer snd fireplace in study lounge, responsive management. Worked to get me settled during a personally difficult time. Phenomenal!

Solhaus is an amazing, luxury-style apartment complex! I’ve had a wonderful experience with the on-site staff. Since there are only 75 units in the building, the Solhaus staff is able to provide tenants much more personal attention than is available at other larger complexes. At the Solhaus Associates building, the office manager, Kristina, is always polite and responsive to anything that is needed, and I regularly see her hand-delivering UPS/FEDEX packages to tenants’ doors each afternoon. On-site maintenance is very responsive as well. If anything ever needs to be fixed (which is rare since the building was built only 3 years ago), maintenance fixes it within a day or two, free of charge.

The apartment comes with free internet, free cable, and a flat screen TV included. I like to stream movies from Netflix on my laptop (I use an HDMI cable to hookup my laptop to the flat screen TV), and I use a router to broadcast my own secure WiFi network from the internet connection in my apartment.

My favorite feature is the underground, heated parking garage, which is upwards of 70 degrees in the winter! I can literally walk down to my car in a t-shirt—staying warm in the winter—and I don’t have to worry about parking outside in the snow, snow plow days, ice/snow on the windshield, cold-weather mechanical issues, etc….. I just jump into my car and go! The parking garage requires a key for entry and is controlled access, so even when parking is tight in Stadium Village, I always have premier parking!

The beautiful, modern location is great—Stadium Village, just 1 block from the Light Rail and within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as to the U of M campus!

I have lived at Solhaus for three years now and it's been great. Clean, safe, and responsive management. Great location. The rent is completely fair considering the amenities, and in line with the market. The only reason I would ever move out is if I happen to finish grad school (hopefully someday?)

I stayed here for 3 years and moved to hub Minneapolis thinking its nice, new and shiny; now i appreciate solhause every day. Its the small little things like cleaning house when you move out, parking and lending tools when you need these people are extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!!!! Kudos to ryan and emily!!!!!

Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the gentlemen who gave us a tour but he was AMAZING!!! So profession so thoughtful and gave us SO information!

Everything was good. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot on move-in day.

I was admitted to a few grad schools and I decided on the U of M. I toured the facility and it looks great. I fell in love with the large windows and open kitchen. The staff was really nice and helpful. This is it.

Very nice experience with Ranea. We will do the application on the next few days.

My family and I will miss we lived here with great memories.
