Went to Lincoln Hospital with pneumonia on Dec. 26,2023---- I was admitted fast at emergency room. Must say doctors jumped on me fast with antibiotics & CT scan... I must thank Dr.Menon & staff at investigative medicine. They went above & beyond to aid in my recovery.... Thank you all Manuel T.

Surprisingly enough it was excellent service. They took great care of me, made sure that they did every test to make sure nothing else came up. All in all the staff took excellent care of me.

My Granddaughter had her baby there. I was there all night I must say they were wonderful and very organized. Also I must say very clean. I was very, very impressed. This is why I'm giving it five stars.

I had to go to Lincoln Hospital for a dental emergency, and the staff was very helpful, and the visits went smoothly and quickly.

I’d visited mt Sinai and then Lincoln for a second opinion. When comparing Lincoln to Sinai, I must say with the information I’ve gathered and my personal experience, Sinai will see you faster in a urgent care or er situation, but although I’ve only been to Lincoln in the day time. I believe Lincoln is a lot more thorough with higher health standards and expectations for their patients, which means Lincoln is more caring. Sinai treated and diagnosed me twice as fine, but Lincoln found pre indicators as to why I shouldn’t take certain meds after my recent back kidney injury. And for this reason I give Lincoln 5 stars Dr A. Made me feel understood unlike at Sinai where the dr lied about the X-ray machine being broken. From the security, down to the greeters everyone is awesome! And I used to work at Bellevue so I know good treatment and my mom just retired at Bellevue.

I had no choice but to go to Lincoln Hospital. I was expecting it to be a lousy experience but it was anything but. Everyone from the ER receptionist, to triage nurses, X-ray techs, CTscan staff, ER doctors and ER nurses were ALL extremely professional.

Yes the ER was overcrowded but that’s because the local opioid addicts use it to cop a free fix for the day. Anyone who lives close knows I’m right.

Every patient thought they had the most serious emergency and wanted immediate attention.
I see patients yelling because staff took a break. They’re human beings not robots.
It’s not their fault that the hospital is understaffed.

I personally hope it’s the last time I ever need to go there but if I had another medical emergency I’d be comfortable going to Lincoln.

Lincoln Hospital is infamous for being terrible but last night there was a rare gem amongst the rubble. Dr Brittany Vanderhall was amazing!!! She took her time and heard me out, she had the sweetest tone and even when the nursing staff failed to do their job and left me sitting without the iv she requested, she very graciously just came and did it herself with a smile on her face. She was such a compassionate spirit and she helped make my experience so much better even though I was racked in pain. I'm very grateful

I was admitted on 2/8/23 Im vey happy with the service I received. Excellent service in the urology floor, also ER staff were very helpful. Doctors and nurses were very professional all time.

My experience was very pleasant the doctors and nurses we're extremely attentive and worked very well together.oh and my ekg technician was also awesome very vibrant setting thank you Lincoln

I like this place, yes I hear horrible things with other folks but I personally have never had anything bad take place. I love my doctor and they all hve been very nice to me. I have wittnessed patients act completely crazy yelling , screaming at the staff. They think service is supposed to happen quickly as though they are paying customers. Each year I get reminders for my annual appointments. Its close by & allows me to travel to work in no time

My mother had appendicitis and the doctors/surgeons were brilliant . They quickly removed her appendix without no problems .

It was a successful surgery . They gave my mother her very own room and the nurses on that floor were very sweet and very helpful the whole time

My mother was discharged nearly 2 days later , it's now been 1 week and a half later and BY THE POWER OF GOD , My mother has been healing remarkably and is already back to work as if the operation never happened.

I am incredibly grateful to Lincoln hospital and I won't ever forget what they did for my mother

5 STARS ABSOLUTELY !

Many will disagree with me, but from the experience I have had with them, has been amazing. They saved my life three times and including my daughter when she was born. They are the best hospital. In my honest opinion they were the first one to see what I had not like Bronx Lebanon also known as Bronx Hospital. The only thing they need to change is the system the created in the emergency room.

My experience with Lincoln Medical Center is limited to getting my two Covid vaccines. Both times the staff was fantastic. They were well organized and I was in and out in half an hour. They were also very professional and extremely nice. Overall a great experience!

The Staff was very Professional and Caring. Doctor Pete in the ED saved my Mothers Life, he noticed her ECG was abnormal and insisted she get another Cat Scan. He was right on target and he followed up with us until we were transferred to Cardiac Care. All of the Doctors, Nurses and Patient Care Associates are the Best. Everyone treated us with the highest quality care and Respect. The Doctors went out of their way to make me and my Mom comfortable. They were attentive and kind. Again I must say that Lincoln Hospital really deserves their Level 1 trauma distinction. I can not say enough about how greatly we were treated. I am so grateful that my Mom and I chose to go to Lincoln Hospital. And by the way..the Food was the Very Best tasting Hospital food I have ever had. Seriously this Hospital is the Best in NY. I have lived here for 46 years and I'm telling you honestly Lincoln Hospital is the Best. God bless All of the Staff at Lincoln Hospital.

I came here cause I had questions about my pregnancy and they truly helped and got me a quiet room I can rest while they checked fetus hearbeat. Very kind staff of ladies ☺ God bless 🙏

This is NOT the Lincoln Hosp of the past! I have to give credit where credit is due and even though I lost my dad (natural causes) the staff at Lincoln went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! From the staff taking your temperature at the entrance to all the surgeons and doctors trying to extend my dads life, they were ALL the kindest, patient and thorough group of ppl I have ever encountered at ANY hospital in ages. I would not hesitate to go to Lincoln for anything! I doubt this will be read but my family and I would like to thank all the nurses and doctors in 9b, the intensive care surgical and palliative care teams for all that was done for my dad and family. The Angel workers of Trauma literally saved my life last night. Been here for almost 24 hours (got admitted) and I can honestly say they have the most wonderful residents. I am terrified of needles had about 70 stiches all together just in my face and neck. They made me feel safe and worked gently and carefully to not freak me out. Amazing people. This hospital has heart. I'm on the 6th floor in the C unit and all workers here are really kind and care about patients unlike other places where you're treated as a nuisance. All my nurses have been exceptional (Nurse Dela-Cruz is an angel sent from heaven) and when mine were running around the other nurses are quick and ready to make sure I was okay. The aids like the cnas and pcas, go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and taken care of. Thank you everyone. May god bless you all <3 p.s i am sorry I was a pain in the butt with the I.v and needles, I was truly terrified! Thank you all for being so patient with me and I will remember your patience and kindness forevermore
