I just moved to MN from WI and I have had two other State Farm agents before Arlen Norwood State Farm. I am working with Fawn, and let me tell you, she is THE BEST agent I have EVER worked with! She is polite, funny, and most importantly, she is very helpful, knowledgeable and responds to my requests! I cannot imagine the transition to MN being any easier than it was, and Fawn was a vital part of this. She does not push services on her customers, but she darn sure cares about them enough to make sure they have enough coverage. She is a great person to work with and I couldn't recommend her any more highly. If you need insurance in this area, don't go to a bigger city because you think the insurance will be better, go to Arlen Norwood State Farm! We have been with State Farm for several years. My agent recently moved to this location and I am receiving very responsive care. You do not want to use insurance if you do not have to. A car recently that was unattended rolled into my car which was unattended and everything was handled quickly and my "baby" is getting repaired. I have worked with Arlen and his staff for approximately 15 years. They have provided for virtually all of my insurance needs during that time period. I couldn't"t be more pleased with the level of service that I have received. Between Arlen and Fawn, my questions are quickly answered. You will never find a more honest agent than Arlen. If he thinks you can get a better and/or cheaper policy elsewhere, he will tell you. I recently had a major claim, after severe wind damage to my roof. The claim was handled quickly and professionally with full replacement cost covered. I can highly recommend the agency.

I have been with Arlen Norwood's office for 20-years. I have never had an issue when something went wrong. When I was in an accident, they told me where to take my car without having to have an adjuster come out; I just sent some pictures. When I needed a new car they pre-qualified me over the phone for financing. The staff is nice and they get back to you when you have questions.
