I came here with the budget of buying just couch for my living room, I met with Fatima Diallo, I'm not sure if that's her last name, this Lady is a smooth talker, made me spend over $6000, she knows quality and affordable furniture, she is good, I recommend this location. They got good stuffs

I went to the store with the hope of finding a dresser. The person that helped me was extremely helpful and patient. Answering all my questions, and were patient as I asked to see different dressers. I ended up finding the one that worked for the space I had. It was a little pricey but the experience was great.

I've been a customer of raymour&flanigan since 2015 More or less, that is when I bought my King size bed, I decided on them because I had heard great things about them.years later I later my King size is still holding up very strong. It was a no brainer to buy my son a bed from them because the quality is top tier and my salesman was amazing he listened to my needs and I got what I wanted.i did have one issue but it was taken care of. I will definitely recommend for the quality of their products.

Was greeted by a great guy named Luis, showed me several couches and within 15 minutes I made my choice. I was in and out within 30 minutes and my new sofa will arrive tomorrow. Great experience in the store.

I must say the sales rep on the floor. Super nice and extremely patient. We were so clueless on what to get and she was so patient with us. There was a big sale for Labor Day and Labor Day weekend and she understood our needs on getting no interest for a couple years and they were able to work with us. Within an hour and a half we were out the door.

Very good attention from the person who assisted us during the purchase of our room set, he showed us everything, answered all our questions, he was very kind and understanding, he deserves a 10/10.!!! 🔥🔥🔥

Fatima was simply amazing. She was patient, helpful and was able to press the right sales buttons at the right times. Her calm personality was persuasive. Couldn’t have had a better person to help our family choose the right furniture.

The prices here are a little bit over priced, but they are willing to do price match.
Sales person- ask for Steffanie, she was helpful and without being to pushy, it was like shopping with a friend
Store- they do still allow you to sit and test out items in the store bed, couches, chairs.
They have everything you need to furnish your place.

My visit was very pleasant. Stella was amazing at explaining everything. I would definitely recommend everyone!

The lady gave my wife plenty of time to decide. Of which I am very grateful. When you don't rush us, we spend more.
We almost walked out when a manager came over and started to suggest other things. We don't like being rushed.

It was my first time shopping in Raymour & Flanigan I had a very nice experience very nice people that treat you very nice and they help you find the right furniture for your place so love the sofa and the loveseat and I also like that they keep in touch with you with your update and the delivery people are very nice too they put the furniture where exactly where you want it very satisfying thank you 😊

This time around was so much better. This manager(i believe his name was Robert) didnt give me a feeling that he was in a rush. Very knowledgeable and even though i was there for an exchange, treated me like i was buying a new item. Kudis to him. I will be shopping there again.

Beautiful customer service....was not pressured to buy by salesman, but I got many things thanks to him for my convenience.

I've been dealing with Mr.Trindad for many of my purchases, living room furniture, sectional, dining kitchen table, end tables. I referred my daughter to Mr. Trinidad for all of her home purchases. Great personality and professionalism and care on explaining specific details.

This was a wonderful experience! Eder Trinidad was knowledgeable, accommodating, and not pressuring at all. The manager was also wonderful. I was able to have all my questions answered and felt very comfortable working with him! We got a bed, mattress, and all protections. Highly recommend working with Eder Trinidad!

Sergio is excellent! He acknowledged my stated budget and ultimately helped me find the perfect furniture for my apt. I gave him dimensions and explained my situation and he simply showed me appropriate options and beyond,. I truly felt well taken cared of by Sergio. I would not have made my purchase had it not been for Sergio's careful attention to my needs, his true understanding of NYC spacial parameters and impeccable customer service and salesmanship...and he is not pushy nor does he overwhelm you!

The Furniture Consultant Stella was very pleasant and helpful and assisted my granddaughter and I find the perfect bedroom set
