Two years into my King Bed and the bed broke. Not wood. I can’t believe I referred people to this establishment.

Didn’t receive my furniture in time due to my dresser that IVE LITERALLY SEEN IN STORE was not available. Then they’ve tried to make me pay an extra $40 for a delivery fee just cause I wanted to sleep on my bed today and not the floor🤦🏽. Have to wait an extra week for my furniture. Irresponsible and unprofessional. If I can do a half of star I would.

Went there with good intentions and the worse part is that the delivery men seemed like they were learning how to install bunk beds. Took almost 2 weeks after my delivery date to receive everything i ordered. Cant get the store manager on the phone and if you go in person hes never available. My kids bunk beds were drilled aggressively and the bit went through the wood. Never again!!!!! Think twice before you buy here

My mother ordered a head piece for her bedroom set and she spent 10 hours waiting for the scheduled delivery and it NEVER arrived. When I tried calling them the phone did not work. This is the worst furniture place I have ever dealt with. Horrible service. DO NOT BUY anything from this place.

The store was nice the people were nice. But they are unorganized. I set up a delivery from 11-2. I was told it wasn’t on my receipt so it would be delivered after 3. At 4:30 I was told delivery would be within the next 30 mins. 2 hrs later the divers were still in the warehouse. Service is absolutely horrible when it comes to delivery and they don’t even want to give a refund when they are in the wrong. Take your business elsewhere it isn’t worth it

This is the worst experience the worst coustomer service been waiting for 3 days for my delivery today 2/3/21 I’m still waiting on a delivery that was set for 6pm it’s 9:30 no curtesy call nothing never again.

This place is NOT a good place to buy furniture, the furniture always defective, very bad service, they give you 3 months of warranty but when you want to give a claim on furniture they will said I give a call back and they do NOT call they wait until the 3 months a then tell you they will not repair, this place it's a hole mess even for the delivery man's all disrespectful and liars, it's not worth buy here trust me never again.
