First of all I did a lot of research. This company is so professional and there product is by far better than anything at the stores. I can not say enough about this Company. If you want a sealer for pavers here in California. definitely, use the SB600. Absolutely, amazing and exactly what they advertise. Shipping was free and came in a timely manner and well packaged. I’m so Grateful I did my research and picked the best product out there. Thank you SealerStore. I will try and attach pictures. So you can see the difference before and after.

Spoke with Crystal on the phone to get a recommendation for deck sealer. She was very thorough explaining oil vs. water based, the prep required, the timing needed, and even offered to provide samples so I can test the actual product before I commit.

Purchase TWP stain and other deck products from here online. I never had an issue and being originally from MI it is nice to send money to a business there.

Good product, but the manager did not know how to answer the questions I had and was very rude as well.

On 2023.07.29 I applied brown tinted Super Seal-30 to my 31 year old exposed aggregate concrete patio after thoroughly power washing it and allowing it to dry for the requisite 24 hours.

I originally purchased this product based on their website photo of this sealer on exposed aggregate.

It failed, however, to convert the existing gray color to brown per their photo. A second application did not produce the desired brown color either. Please see the photo for the final results.

I contacted customer service about this. They replied, in part, that: “The sealer enhances the natural color of your surface so if it was gray already, it would have been enhanced towards that”. What?!?! In that case then, their website should clearly mention this, so other customers aren’t misled the way I was believing that I could change the gray to brown. I also asked customer service if they had darker tint, or more of the same tint, to add to my remaining sealer, to then re-apply, but they said they didn’t. Bottom line here: Beware this particular sealer before purchasing it. Be prepared for disappointment unless your exposed aggregate surface appearance is already brown.

Tried to order the first time and our order was cancelled for no reason yet they took my money🤔 which 2 weeks later has not been returned.. however needed the product for a job so I tried again to order..ladie on phone was rude and had no idea what she was doing. I specifically asked her did my order go through are we all set to go Yes it should be there in three business days lo and behold here we go 4 days later no product no email no shipping no tracking no nothing yet they took my money again so I called to see about the status of my order and I'm not even in the system they don't even have an order for me but they took my money again this company is a rip off and they're unprofessional

Our deck contractor recommended this store, so we drove 50 minutes to arrive on a Friday afternoon about 3:30pm. The salesperson started out by complaining about a customer she had just finished on the phone with. As the phone continued to ring, she noted that she doesn't answer calls if she is with another customer. After we selected a stain color, we were told "no one is here to mix it". I told her we drove 50 minutes, and would buy the stain elsewhere, rather than return again. She shrugged it off as if to say, "so what?". Too many other retailers selling the same brands than to bother with these people. I'd call the customer service "atrocious", but there really isn't any at all.

When it comes to customer service, The Sealer Store falls short. We ordered a couple bags of Restore-A-Deck products from them. When they arrived the package was in good shape. However, when we opened it, it was a different story. The Sealer Store had shipped both bags in an open state and product was spilling into the packaging. This also caused the product to fall onto our kitchen table and chairs causing chemical burns and ruining the finish. Causing hundreds of dollars in refinishing.

We had a couple emails back and forth but now they have gone dark for almost 3 weeks without any offer to help with the situation. Their first inclination was to blame UPS but that is not the case as the packaging was not compromised. To make matters worse, the product hardly worked as advertised.

Buyer beware when dealing with The Sealer Store.

This company sent my product to a wrong address. I VERY Clearly put where to send this product, which is different from my billing address. They refuse to make this right. So if you choose to use this company it will be at your own risk because they will not make right their mistakes.
