Absolutely fantastic experience. The store is clean, comfortable, and organized, and the staff know exactly what they're doing. They truly want what's best for their customers specific situation in life. I was helped by Sam and he explained all of the different possible plans that would best benefit me and my family as we switched over to Verizon. He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it.
If I ever need more assistance with my phone or data this is where I'll be going.

Ivan and the other associates helped us understand all of our options and found a great solution for our budget and needs. We had to wait a couple times for service, but it was only 5 minutes once and just over 5 minutes the next time, and they acknowledged our wait. They're quick without being rude or pushy. Highly recommend!

Excellent, clean, and professional work environment. Staff was friendly and helped me with any questions from my new phone to even setting up autopay on my account. Sales rep Ivan helped me out and made sure my process was fast and easy.

I was unable to go into the Store. My Best Friend Debbie is a client. She knows well my difficulties with electronics including the I phone. Ivan was kind enough to offer 2 suggestions as my I 11 LED Screen was damaged but the phone was in excellent shape. I chose the new phone. Which he kindly programmed & download everything same day. THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE! And not only was My friend pleased, I was blown over by the fact that Ivan was accommodating and provided his personal phone number in case I had any trouble. Thank you

Ivan was really great! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I had to switch off of a family account and get a new phone, but he made it all a breeze. Plus, he got me an incredible rate for my new phone! Definitely coming back to this location when I need to go to a Verizon store!

Ivan was incredibly knowledgeable of all Verizon’s services and products. We came into the store and explained what we were trying to achieve and he was able to give us a couple options that all met our needs! I upgraded 2 new phone and bought a watch. Took some time to down load. During this time he explained so much to me. Bought cases & pops for the New phone. I have been going to this store for years.
They give u undivided attention & r always so kind whether u r in the store to purchase or just ask a question.

Stopped in for a new car charger, but really thought it was my outlet in my Jeep..Zackary offered ..and it was cold & windy…to come out with a new charger cord to check it out ..very nice & professional young man..put my faith back in customer service at Verizon..I’ll drive the extra miles to go back to that store all because of Zackery …

I highly recommend visiting Sam at Verizon in Bloomfield Hills. He was the only one in the store, was patient, efficient and was able to help multiple people at the same time.

I was having issues with my watch connecting to my phone. Walked into Verizon, and was greeted immediately by Jordan. I visited the store this evening and was greeted by Sam. He paused his cleaning duties, as the store was closing in 15 minutes, to assist me. I informed him that I was searching for a phone case, and he kindly guided me to the appropriate section. He remained with me throughout the process until we successfully identified the ideal case for my phone. I commend Sam for his exceptional customer service. I have consistently chosen and will continue to choose this store for my accessory needs.

These guys are great! They were very knowledgeable, super friendly and on his own (without me asking), Sam found a way to lower my monthly bill. I would recommend this Verizon store to family and friends. The parking lot is kind of narrow but it was worth dealing with because they were so nice and helpful. Great guys!
