Pine City Animal Hospital

We recently had to put our beloved Stella down and the experience, as incredibly difficult as it was, was handled so well by Dr. Frank and her staff! My husband and I were devastated, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure to explain all of our options so that we made sound decisions. I would highly recommend Pine City Animal Hospital and, specifically, Dr. Frank to anyone looking for quality, professional care for their pet.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were very caring. I trust them to care for my pets as well as I do!

Miss Ava injured her paw while we were on vacation. It was going to be at least two weeks before my regular vet could see her so we called around and Pine City Animal Hospital was able to see her in two days! They provided excellent care and were very gentle with my cat. I don't recall the vets name, but she had reddish hair and tattoos. She gave us a thorough explanation of the X-rays and we agreed on a plan of care. 3 days later and Miss Ava is already showing improvement. We are considering making Pine City Animal Hospital our new vet.

Shayla is beyond amazing with our dog. He hates people but loves her. She is sensitive to him and explains things easily to us. Would not take him anywhere else.

My experiences have been great every time I have taken my animals there. The staff is wonderful. They're very attentive, supportive and truly have your animals best interests at heart. They do their best to make going to the vet a good experience for your pet. They also care enough to do follow up calls to see how your pet is doing. I highly recommend them!

Over the last few years I have taken my cat and 2 dogs to Pine City Animal Hospital and always received amazing service. However, they went above and beyond when my dog was hit by a car a few months ago. Since the accident happened after hours I had to take my dog to a emergency vet down in the cities. They didn't do much for him there and by the next morning he was in really bad shape. I called Pine City Animal Hospital and they got him in right away. Dr. Shayla is a wonder and one of kindest person I've ever met. She was able to help manage my pups pain and made the traumatic experience so much better. I don't know if my fur baby would be here right now if it wasn't for Dr. Shayla and the helpful staff. I will always be grateful for their help with getting my pup back to good health. They truly care about the animals they treat.

They know one of my dogs can get snarky at other dogs, and they'll go out of their way to get him into a room with no undue stress. They answer all my questions and give me different options so I can figure out what's best for my dogs.

They are also unbelievably kind.

My pup was cared for with the most respect and I was given the prices for every treatment from the gates. I will definitely be back

This place!!!! I can not speak highly enough about it! The veterinarians are all amazing! The staff is always so helpful, patient and kind to me and my dog! My dog has extreme anxiety when going to the vet and they always take their time with him to let him settle a bit before the exam. Wonderful place!!!

I have been taking my dog Lily to Happy Hounds for 11 years. Excellent care and service. Dr. Shayla, Rebecca, Allie, Dr. Jenna, and many more are outstanding. Very professional, kind, and knowledgeable staff.

They were so patient with my puppy and so thorough and asked questions. It was my first time here. I don’t like all vets so I wasn’t sure how I was going to like it there. I was pleasantly surprised, and I will come back every summer when I’m back in Minnesota!

Always a great experience. This time especially seeing as raz needed a nail trim and doesn’t like cooperating and sometimes needs the muzzle, this time 2 techs came in and 1 just hugged her as she got clipped. Wow

On Fri morning my soon to be daughter in law found a kitten on the side of the road in distress in clear need of medical attention. She immediately brought the kitten to her regular Vet twin pines veterinary clinic in Hinckley and was turned away. She called me upset and I got irate as I've been taking me animals to twins pines for many years and referred numerous ppl and she has been taking her cat there for over a year that has bladder issues so they've been getting plenty of money out of her yet they CAN'T take the time to put a kitten down so it's not suffering. YES, she could have left it on the side of the road, hit it over the head and ended it's suffering or took it out to the woods and shot the little thing BUT didn't the kitten deserve better. So thankfully Pine City Animal Hospital was graces enough to end the kittens suffers the decent way and I sat and held it until they did so and that kitten purred, cuddled and died in peace just as it should have. Don't become a Veterinarian if you become so heartless to even take 10 minutes to ease an animals suffering, trust me that kitten was probably thankful. Thank you so much Pine City Animal Hospital even though it broke my heart.

Dr. Shayla and her assistant were very kind and caring to my dog and they were sensitive to our needs.

We use Pine City Animal Hospital for our 2 dogs and 1 cat. The staff and Veterinarians are honest and genuine and do a great job of explaining what is going on with the animals. We feel comfortable asking what is needed versus optional treatments. Highly recommend!

Our dog Rosie had a large mass on her abdomen double in size and open up. Pine City Animal hospital got us in and helped fix Rosie, guide us along the surgery and healing process.
