Journey North Church

We've been to a lot of churches all over the country. When we moved to Pine City we knew we wanted to find a church that was open, honest, and embodied Christ's word to the fullest. Journey North is all of that and more. Their children's ministry and youth programs are amazing. Their community outreach helps folks in all walks of life. They are truly caring and loving people here, and I'm so grateful that the church exists here at our new home. Thanks for making us feel so welcome here.

Journey North Church is a very friendly, comfortable, welcoming environment. Tim (a self-proclaimed introvert) is incredibly gifted at delivering the message in a very engaging and sometimes comical way that is easy to understand and captivates all. The music is upbeat and performed by an actual band! The youth services are conducted in side rooms next to the church placed in areas by age groups so they can share the message in a formate which each age group can best understand and stay engaged. I wish I had this setup when I was a kid. I encourage you to just try it and decide for yourself.

The worship is amazing all around! Pastor Tim is fun, uplifting and a great teacher. Julie and the youth staff are constantly engaging the youth to help them grow close to Jesus. The kids actually look forward to going to church! Where do you find a church that teenagers WANT to attend? Pine City! Duh.
