Yeah, I was very satisfied using Advanced medical for my needs as I’m paralyzed and Monica was great. She communicated what was needed and the amount and so forth and every time since then that I’ve had to re-order, she’s been very polite and courteous. I appreciate that as this is very new to me and not being able to fill my legs or my Arms. I appreciate that great customer service

First time needing to order medical supplies and dealing with a new insurance, and had a lot of questions. Called the Howell office and spoke with “Shan A” who was very patient and informative. Went in the next day to purchase the equipment needed and she was just as helpful. Very knowledgable in her job, and great customer service.

C.C. and Monica took care of my situation within two days. My doc had me go to another place for a script that started in Sept 2023. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. These folks grabbed the bull by the horns and got it done in two days. They have a clue and got it done. I'm a satisfied customer. Thank you for all your help.

Don R brought my my a new 4 wheeled walker while at Chelsea Hospital. When he first came in, he realized the walker wasn't operating correctly. He took the time to fix the problem and test it before we signed any papers. Very friendly and professional.

On a Friday night at 4:30 PM, Shan A, at Advanced Medical Solutions in Howell, diligently worked with me, outside their normal workflows, to facilitate getting me a nebulizer before they closed for the weekend. This type of “above and beyond” Customer Service is hard to find, especially on a Friday night! Thank you!

Amazing. Highly recommend. The first initial meeting I was in and out so fast I thought wait we are done? Josh Brown was extremely friendly and professional even when I didn’t know quite what size pull up to get my son. They sent me samples. And my samples I don’t mean just one. A whole pack to try out in different sizes. Then a few months later when I called because they weren’t quite working out for night time they sent me three different brands the whole package as samples (not just one pull up to try)

The only down fall is deliveries are not automatic and I have to call every month and I’m the type of person I feel I have to mentally prepare for phone calls (at no fault of this company) and it just sucks the life out of me. But they always made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that I almost didn’t mind. Heck they still got 5 stars.

Veronika went above and beyond to help me out. I was waiting days for my medical equipment and she patiently took my calls daily while we were waiting for a response from the doctors office. When the day came to pick up my equipment, she was so sweet and helped make sure everything every fit before sending me on my way.

Wonderful service from a very knowledge and friendly person. Shan A provided me with the a blood sugar meter and the associated supplies I needed and answered all my questions completely. I could not have been more satisfied.

My husband was desperate for urostomy supplies while waiting for paperwork to be completed at the Veteran's Administration. We were certainly willing to pay without insurance but were unable to locate ANY supplies in the entire Brighton/Howell area! Even though it's not something that is simply in stock at their store, Shan and C.C. were so very compassionate and helpful in finding exactly what we needed that very afternoon. THANK YOU both very much!!

My daughter & I went into the store to look at the walkers for my husband. We knew what he wanted & it was easier for him that we check them out. Veronika was the employee waiting on us. Just saying it again, Shan and Ceci are the best!! Always friendly, nice and helpful!!! Every time I need supplies, the ladies are AWESOME. Shan A. is just as great as Ceci who is a Rock Star!! My wife really appreciates them since she is the one that takes care of business.

I am thankful I called Advanced Medical Solutions - Howell, and that they were prompt to schedule me an appointment to get measured for my prescription. Sheri C and Sabrina was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. They made a painful trip more bearable and was very helpful in trying to accommodate. My only wish is that your store was located in a more handicap accessible place. It was a real struggle for me to get to, since I can't stand very long or walk very far.

My family and I were shopping for bandaging materials to send as humanitarian aid for Ukraine. Shan and Josh were sensitive to the cause and helped us tremendously in finding the right materials and in giving us a generous discount. Those materials are now in the Ukraine being distributed to those in need. The picture shows our crates in Krakow, Poland, about to be driven into L'viv. Thank you, Josh and Shan!!!

I just call the location and associates are very helpful and gets the supplies delivery as soon as possible. I appreciate there help and taking care of everything.
