I highly recommend Pine City Auto Sales. They are definitely one of the better used car dealers I've dealt with. Keith was very kind, personable, and reasonable. My family was looking for a Toyota van/SUV and were struggling to find a quality one at a good price. I found it here, and went down at moments notice. We got there about a half hour before close. Keith was nice enough to let us check over the vehicle and test drive it, even though it was a Friday. We are thankful for his patience and kindness. Our "new" to us 2005 Sienna has been great thus far.

I just wanted to hop on here and post how thankful I am for Keith at auto sales in pine city Minnesota. He took a chance on me and helped me get a loan so that I could own my very first car. I knew when I seen the picture of the 2011 Chevy Cruze LTE THAT I WAS IN LOVE AND I WASNT WALKING AWAY FROM THAT DEALERSHIP WITHOUT THAT CAR. I didn't have any credit at the time and Keith was nice enough to take almost his whole day to sort out finances and to make sure that I would get the car of my dreams. Now I am the proud owner of my chevy cruze LTZ AND I AM SO Thankful. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE OWNED SUCH A NICE SMOOTH RUNNING VEHICLE. It's nice to know that there are wonderful small dealerships still around that care enough to sell you a decent car. But not only to just sell you a car, but to actually take the time to get to know you as a person. I am so very blessed and I recommend this small pine city auto sales to any and everyone looking to buy there first vehicle. Again Keith thank you for taking a chance on me. And I wish you and your auto sales nothing but the best!I will be coming back when and if my chevy cruze ever dies on me!

Keith and his wife are great. They have the best guard dogs in the county as well. Keith found exactly what I was looking for in my price range. It wasn't an easy task, since I looked for 3 months with no luck. I was so happy, I even opted to use the warranty company (even though the vehicle he found for me still had a little factory warranty left on it) he suggested just because I felt he had the knowledge and experience to back this company. Plus, his suggestion for a good finance bank got me a huge decrease in the interest rate and an additional year to pay it off.

Keith went above and beyond in making sure the vehicle I purchased was just right for me. Nancy has great customer service and explained all the paperwork very well. I got such a beautiful car from this place and I was treated so nicely, complimented even on how I am so young but have my life somewhat together haha. Nancy was very helpful in explaining details to me and even getting me to where I needed to be in order to trade my car in and buy this one, as well as her being so amazing and making me feel so comfortable by conversations with me while I was inside. WOW! we had a car breakdown this past weekend (on a Thursday) and Nancy and Keith went above and beyond by "saving the day" and offering us a rental vehicle for the weekend. They were so friendly, helpful and kind. I can't say enough about their willingness to help us and we had a wonderful weekend with friends Up North after all!! Thank you Nancy & Keith!
