The night shift girl working 2/29-3/1/2024 was amazing and helpful and friendly

this is my go to place for late night coffee and ice cream...they've always have the nicest staff and get you in and out quickly!

Finally the store is under new management. To my surprise when I walked in it was so clean and neat and nicely stocked. Employees are now friendly and eager to wait on customers.

I was just in this establishment a lil bit ago for 3 packs of wraps.... And lil mama behind the counter was helpful af and extremely pleasant....

New management is great. This store has has completely turned around. Vince is very knowledgeable and curtious. The customer service is great. I am now a repeat customer.

I visited Stockbridge store for the first time and happy to say that I met a young lady name Makayla who was an exemplary employee, eager polite and helpful everything that a store would want in a cash attendant. Be proud to have her as part of your staff she represented mugg and bopp's like a champ. Thanks girl!

Very clean bathrooms,spacus handycap excessable push&pull doors and baby changeing station the work beside a fact that their a air fryer in sted of a paper one but whatever I like it 4.5 stars and no bathroom key needed

UPDATE: I suggest Jess Be the new manager! She's amazing, always is kind and even remembers your order. I enjoy seeing her as well as T.j. he's kind, always above and beyond. She's always there

Wayne is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. I know many people that will not even go in when he's working a shift, cause he's so problematic EVERY TIME I SEE HIM. I'm not the only one that will not go in when he's working. You can smile and even say something kind, he Will get accusative and angry about nothing. Today, All cause I said I can't get my balance since the local bank changesed. All I did was said was the wrong banks old name, I then quickly corrected it. (I suffer from some memory issues from medical conditions) He began ignoring my order and trying to argue, I said "it's not a big deal I just said the wrong banks name, let's continue on, I just want my order and go.." he said "that's a HUGE MISTAKE, NOT JUST A SMALL ONE" (Like it even matters) began getting angry and aggravated and I finally demanded to stop talking at me, and just finish my order. The asks me if I'm having a bad day instead ... Well I WASN'T! lol. This is not the first time, he's ALWAYS RUDE. I said, why do you always have to start something from nothing and always be so problematic, this is why I won't come in when you're working, and always are so rude of your customers!?" He said "i don't care about my customers or what they think. I was just not going in when he works and only when TJ or jess is as he's always passive aggressive and even admitted to me he could care less about his OWN customers. I willl contact the owner, as it's gotten out of hand when people legit won't go in when he's working. Last time I went there when I went in and he was working, my mom was trying to help, handed him an empty slim Jim box. He got very odd, mad and demanded she put it right back. The whole interaction was extremely odd when she asked why you'd want an empty cardboard box with nothing in it, and explained she was only trying to help, he said "I want it there for looks" all it does, is make someone think they have them and box was empty. I today just finally said, what is your problem, apparently it's that he does t care about nor like his customers, his words!!!!

First the store by bowling alley can't carry popular drinks or are limited on them. Now all the store can't seem to carry monster javas I'm a regular customer so I asked I was told at two different stores it's cause their lady who brings them hasn't ir gives very little.
Why is it every other store has plenty of them?
