I had a very great experience ordering from Gardner White. Mike helped me with my very specific delivery request and worked hard to give me clear answers and expectations which I really appreciated. It made my first couch purchase very easy. I highly recommend!

I was in and out fast, knowing exactly what I wanted. Jeff the salesman was great and didn’t badger us to buy anything else, which is what keeps me and my wife from going to furniture stores. We will definitely go back to Gardner White in Howell, MI for our furniture needs!

A great experience! Is the best way to describe our latest mattress purchase. Erin was very helpful finding my Dad a mattress for my Mom. She was friendly, covered all the details, and made sure if we needed anything She was there to help.
The next morning, George helped us by phone, getting a foundation and frame delivered.
The delivery guys were very helpful on both days, and took all the old stuff away.
This whole experience was very easy and stress free! Thank you.

We enjoyed an excellent visit to Garner white in Howell. No sales pressure and we were allowed to take all the time we needed as we were making our important decisions. So appreciate our sales consultants Keith and Greg for their knowledge when we needed it!! We finally decided on a living room set and couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

I kind of expected a pushy salesperson and was a little nervous to go into the store, but I had an excellent experience with Ethan, he was so helpful and not pushy at all. He helped me find two beautiful sofas that were exactly what I wanted and he really went out of his way to help me. It was a great experience overall and I got my new furniture delivered the very next day with free financing! I highly recommend!

The sales person that we were working with did an excellent job in helping us choose our furniture. We never felt overwhelmed or pressured in the selection or purchase. They were very courteous and professional, and we would choose Gardner White and the same sales person again.

Sales help named sandy very helpful but not high pressure She looked items up for me as welll. Would return to store and ask for her. Rob also needs to be commended because he thought she could be more helpful to me.

I’m happy to have Frannie as she has guided me through a tough time for me, I lost everything in a fire and happy to say we’ve become friends! You’re lucky to have her as an associate! Her 4year anniversary is coming up working with Gardner White, she deserves many accolades!!!

11 different furniture stores and found what I was looking for and the price was better than other options.

5 star on the following:

1. The sectional I was looking for is of quality, I checked underneath and in the back. I purchased the 4 yr warranty due to reclining units are powered this unit has 4 reclining, lumbar and headrest, usb and other features.
I have not taken delivery as I scheduled it out a couple weeks.
2. Sales Francine, was excellent, answered all our questions honestly and no hard push tactics. Down to earth.
3. Sales process was excellent and quick, I got the 25 months same as cash option as it is free money for me.

Sales process took about 30 minutes and I reviewed everything line by line.

Had a great experience at the Howell store purchasing living room and bedroom furniture. Frannie was incredibly helpful and friendly, no pressure, left me to myself when I wanted to browse but had all of the answers when I needed them. Highly recommend!

Our saleswoman, Frannie was very helpful and patient with us and spent a couple hours(even stayed late) helping us decide on a new couch. Highly recommend doing business with her.

I wanted to tip my hat to the customer service team including Sean and Rachel. These guy went out of their way to help me when I made a serious mistake on a mattress purchase. They took care of me and did it earlier than expected and with a ton of class. Delivery crew was very helpful as well. If you want furniture, these are the kind of people you should deal with always.

We had purchased a mattress 6 months ago at one location, and unfortunately, the mattress itself did not hold up to our standards. We were able to take it back with out any problems and purchased another mattress in Novi, MI. The salesman, Blain, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and with great detail of our New mattress that we picked out. He knew he was not going to make any commission on this sale. When I asked him why he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied, his answer was truthful and kind. You like family. He stated that that would be how he would have wanted to be treated as a customer, and hopefully, we will remember him in the future when ever coming back to Garden White. Blain, we will be coming back, and you will be our salesperson. Thank you for being a very kind person. Jenny in customer service was also very nice and made sure that my other question that I had from our original purchase were taking care of immediately and called the manager Ken in Howell to address the issue at hand. Ken, I want to Thank you for the same thing and taking care of us. We will be going back to Garden White as we have been shopping with them for the last 18 years.

We spent two hours in the store and were not “hounded” by sales associates. When we were ready to have questions answered and proceed with a possible purchase, Mike was a joy to work with. He was very thorough and made sure we understood each step within the purchasing process. For this alone, we will be back!

I saw something that I liked and was able to put it on layaway with the funds by phone. I'm so excited about that because I was not able to get into the store and I have the entire bedroom suit coming to me in a short while! This is excellent especially when you don't live in the same town as the store itself. I'm very happy with my purchase and my salesperson Chris.

I found bedroom furniture that I really liked on their website and went to the store to check it out in person. Looked great in person and got some questions answered at the store. The whole process was super easy and excited for our new bedroom furniture!
