Great staff very helpful and courteous. The place is clean. There’s plenty of machines to work out on and the tanning is great. Biddeford’s PF tanning could use some new fans inside the booths there’s barely any air coming through at all but it’s still better than no tanning.

Planet fitness is the place for me it is close to where I live they have lots to offer for physical fitness judgement free zone and I love keeping my body as fit as possible I recommend planetFitness to anyone and the staff are friendly.

Great staff, fantastic deal. If you get the black card you get unexpected amenities like tanning, massage chairs, discounts on purchases.
They have plenty of parking and equipment but unlike other gyms you can also sign up to use a personal trainer with no additional charge.
I'm very happy with my new membership.

Wow, this Planet Fitness in Biddeford is great.....looks like they have tv's on each exercise machine. Dover, NH's Planet Fitness was down for repairs for a month. Came back to all new machines....a nice flat floor but same old far away tv's on the wall. I love it, having a tv on each exercise machine....Come on Dover, how about it?

Clean gym, good machines and not over crowded.
The front desk lady was very helpful and friendly.

It has a warm welcoming feel to it kinda homey, just relaxed environment and helpful friendly staff and everything is clean

I’ve been going to this Planet Fitness location for almost two years now. Having worked in restaurants and healthcare, it’s hard not to notice exceptional customer service when I see it. Katelyn, who opens and works the front desk, is absolutely amazing. Not only is she engaging, helpful and always staying busy, but she knows members by their names. It’s refreshing to see. I have spoken to other members and her work ethic and overall friendliness does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Katelyn :) we appreciate you and look forward to seeing you when we come!

Katelyn is an amazing worker. She might just be the best vacuumer in the history of all vacuumers. Saralin is great too, she knows her way around cardio with her advanced wiping techniques. #cardioqueen. Connor sets the bar high when it comes to personalized customer service! Gino rocks the fitness industry with his cutting edge training techniques. Jesse has got that sweet sarcastic Philadelphia charm. Josh is always willing to lend a hand with drop sets or if you need someone to loudly clap and scream in your face to get those last reps in! #gymbro. Marissa is one of the nicest on staff! She’s very funny and a great worker! Andre is great, catch him posing behind the desk at all times. Matt is literally a rockstar! Literally. Check out Mystery Girl on Spotify if you need more proof. #shoutout #trumpets. Chad makes history with his one close and one open a week. Weekend crew is pretty good. Management has really stepped it up in the past three weeks! Not sure what’s different, but something’s working! Biddeford Planet Fitness is a one stop judgement-free destination, where members can enjoy working out in a non intimidating, friendly environment. They have tons of PRESTINE cardio and weight training equipment, great for meeting anyone’s fitness needs! Did I mentioned how clean it is!

I love having planet fitness next to work, but it's still only 15 min. from home. It makes it convenient on the rainy days when I don't want to walk outside. They are clean and the staff are friendly. I really like that it's busy but I can always get a machine.

It's always clean here and almost always see the workers going around cleaning, and get a good workout. Most everyone cleans the machines off when done with them.

Friendly & helpful staff, hydro-beds, cleanliness, and especially - the most amazing mats in the stretch area!

Super friendly staff, always smiling, and so welcoming. I honestly am a walking mess and they've helped me with a lot. I love all the positive sticky notes around the facility. Keeps me motivated. I always look forward to going. I even had trouble setting a machine up to fit my body correctly, and another gym member helped me out. I'll forever be thankful for that.

I love going to PF. The staff is very helpful and the facility is always clean. Plenty of equipment that no matter when I go I get a great workout.

Deb is a breath of fresh air first thing in the morning. So attentive to her position. Also appreciate the changing of worn pads on machines & the tanning bulbs being replaced regularly. Honestly just no complaints!

It is clean and has many options. The staff are friendly too :)
