Im lucky enough to live within 15 minutes of this magical place! I'm also lucky enough to have a fair amount of their products on my Subi. The products alone are beyond fantastic. What is more is the customer service I have received both in person and over the phone. It ranges from the general questions about a build, to help trouble shooting an install. They love cars, and care about people. It's a pretty awesome combo.

Every employee I've talked to from the front of the house to the back is a sincere person proud of what they are doing for a living and it certainly shows in the work and the attitudes of the employees.

Great service had all of my car parts in 3 days during the middle of the pandemic. Always answered any questions I had and helped me out with choosing parts for my builds. Deffently recommend if you want quality parts.

Ordered some goodies for my Subaru, not a WRX or STi, but they still had parts for my Subaru. Fast delivery and great products. Brake Booster Brace, Lightweight Crank Pulley, 8mm Intake Spacer and Gear shift knob.

Great shop, great customer service. I picked up a large order in person from them. told the sales guy about my build, he spotted a part that i was missing to get the install done and hooked me up on the spot. feels great to support an MN company that does such great work. Thanks guys!

At first I left a poor review, but I needed to change it due to the customer service I Just received. Ya things sometimes don’t go as planned , but working with a smaller company vs a mass production company , you will get that. At the end of the day Quality takes time , and that’s what you get with the people from grimmspeed.

I truly love Grimmspeed's products! I attached a recent pic, but products NOT shown are my Grimmspeed Limited Downpipe, double thickness exhaust gaskets, Turbo heatshield...and you might be able to see my EBCS in the pic! I also wanted to mention that their Customer Service is really exemplary and they really stand behind their products. I had to make a warranty claim on my heatshield and after email a couple pic, they rushed a new replacement to me right away! I appreciate the fact that they do their own R&D on their own Subies, so WE KNOW their stuff works! Please keep up the great work GrimmSpeed!!!!!

I have been using GrimmSpeed products ever since I started building my 2007 Forester XT, and the quality has been nothing less than exceptional for everything that I have received. The reason for this post, however is the customer service that I recently received.

I was having an issue with my GrimmSpeed lower radiator hose leaking within a few weeks of installing it, and I reached out to see if I could just purchase the lower hose instead of the set.

Marissa in customer support asked for my address, and then emailed me at the end of the day saying that she had one shipped to me free of charge! Not only was this going above and beyond, but her responsiveness and communication was stellar as well.

Thank you for providing awesome products and even better customer support. I am definitely a GrimmSpeed customer for life!

Customer support is excellent. They helped me very fast and I got exactly what I needed. I recently purchased a charge pipe for my FA20 WRX. It is top quality and came with clear installation instructions. I couldn't be happier with the product and Grimmspeed. Keep it up guys!

Another 5 star review. They absolutely earned it too. I ordered something and was called within 30 minutes to tell me a variant of the part wasn't in stock. It was the same person I had emailed a question too. Owen was able to walk me through making the adjustment, knew the technical aspects of the problem, and was able to make the change for me on-the-fly. He had my order changed, boxed, and shipped in less than an hour.

I ordered paint, and there was a little mix-up on my part. GrimmSpeed caught it and all was good. The customer service is top notch! My order was processed and shipped out fast and it was 100% correct, thanks to excellent customer service.

Just a nice bunch of people, who make fantastic products with phenomenal customer service. From intercoolers, to exhausts to everything else in between, I have always loved the high level of craftsmanship and performance their products deliver. I would definitely recommend their products to anyone in the market for some go fast goodness.

Orderd a intercooler a few months ago after I cracked my old one. They were Amazing with the help. At the time all aftermarket intercoolers for subarus were on backorder for every company (including grimmspeed) but they were still able to get me one in a almost a week compared to a few months waiting time for other companies. Part was delivered in perfect condition and works perfectly

I have purchased numerous GrimmSpeed products for my 2010 WRX. Excellent quality and the level of engineering they put into their products is top notch. It is obvious they are passionate about what the do. Highly recommended if you love your ride.

Great shipping time and quality products! It’s my go to aftermarket manufacturers. I’ve purchased a intake and radiator and alternator cover for my 08 wrx sedan and it looks great! If I could recommend one company for a Subaru owner it’s them

GS is awesome all around! Parts are of the best quality and perform better than expected. Their customer service is second to none. Got almost immediate response and Sandra went out of her way by helping with small parts that they do not typically sell on their own! GS is best for a reason!

Super helpful and friendly staff on the phone and in person! I messed up my order and they fixed it no problem! Was also stoked to find out that this is a MN company, I didn’t have to mess with shipping costs cause they’re right here!
