Grass Lake Laundromat

Now I haven’t been in a Laundromat in over 45 years!! After a week of camping I decided to take all the clothes, linen and rugs to a laundromat instead of spending days washing everything at home. Including all of the dog beds. What a treat!! The Attendant actually greeted me at the door, helped me push the clothes filled carts inside. I took $45 in change as I do remember laundromat dryers take a lot of $$. Not here! Good heat setting dryers, washing machines of every size. I was in and out in 2.5 hours even with folding!! This place is so clean, not a drop of lint on the floors. Atmosphere was fantastic. Quiet machines with fantastic soft water. Actually I can’t wait to go back. I met the owner and he is awesome!!

This laundromat is the best I have been to,and I've seen many! Eva greeted me with a cart and was helpful in all ways.Thank you. It's clean,it's very open and accessible with good light and lots of space to fold. Easy off street parking, Rt off Main st.

We live on the road and have been to laundromats all over the country. This is hands down the nicest laundromat I've ever been too. Service, cleanliness and fellow patrons are 15 out of 10. Although they are one of the few places that makes Grass Lake worth visiting they are unfortunately having to shut down due to disputes with the city. All good things must come to an end I guess. Thank you for providing the relief of a clean, well running laundromat and friendliness unparalleled by any other establishment. You deserved to be treated as well as you have treated the community.

By far the best laundromat in Jackson or surrounding area clean fast the employees are super nice and always helpful. If there’s a problem they are quick to get on it and refund the money. I live 20 minutes away and I will still drive out of my way to use this one.

I live in Texas and come to Michigan during the Summers. For the past two years I've enjoyed this laundromat. Attended always. Sad to say they are closing at the end of the month.

This place is the cleanest and quickest laundromat I’ve ever been too. There’s a friendly worker always there to help you carry your laundry from your car and load it up when your done. Also and they are always sweeping and wiping the machines and folding surfaces down. They have triple load machines so you can easily get all your laundry done at once. Best laundromat ever!!!

Amazing customer service and the cleanest laundromat I've ever seen! The wonderful attendant made my experience painless and served up fresh hot coffee!

Just wanted to give credit where it is due! The cleanest, most comfortable, friendly atmosphere of any laundry facility I've ever had the pleasure of going to!! Also the kind lady that I believe owns it gave me beautiful house plant sprigs to start my own plant. I felt like I was at a friend's house not a business. 💙💚🧡❤

I have used this laundromat several times in a year. I'm shocked that someone made claims that people(apparently the owner of the place) "GLARED" at her. Really? Crystal is the most friendly person. She's also the owner of the laundromat. Oh, another thing WHY make a nasty comment because the owner doesn't hire employees? It's a small laundromat, privately owned? There was no excuse for making a snarky comment about there not being hired there. It's s very clean place, nice attendant/owner too. I can't believe the couple of nasty comments. Go into Jackson and use their filthy laundromats....those places should be great for both ppl who complained about this small little privately owned business.

This has been the third laundromat I’ve been to and it’s definitely a lot cleaner and nice than the once in Chelsea and Jackson. The staff are so kind and work hard to keep everything clean and neat. 5 stars well deserved!

This was the cleanest, nicest laundromat I have ever seen. The people working were nice, and even the vending machines weren't overpriced! Oh, and its a great laundromat. Washes great, dries quick, and without that burning smell that some dryers have!

We just moved here, and our first trip was impressive. Super clean, employee met us at the door and helped us bring in our clothes, then brought my kids legos to play with! As a single mom, the simple gestures of kindness help make the dreaded laundry experience so much less dreadful! Thank you!

Wonderfully friendly helpful people ! The laundry mat was clean. The owner helped with each machine (my first time using q couple of them hah) When Im in the area and need clean laundry this is the place. Thanks so much for great service truly a breath of fresh air!

Very clean and friendly staff. I have never been to a laundromat before and the lady running it was helpful and friendly. New puppy and he decided to pee in my bed. Was able to wash large comforters at once.

Very clean, well lit, all machines in working order, and reasonable prices. I stopped in to wash some bedding in the large load washer and was very impressed. Will definitely use this laundry again when I need to.

Awesome place to do your laundry, the cleanest laundromat I've ever been too and the staff is awesome, THE BEST IN JACKSON COUNTY!!! We come all the way from Vandercook because it's worth it, great job, love the place, worth the drive

This facility is very clean and the owners and employees are really friendly, and outgoing. I never have to ask for help, they are just there to lend an extra hand! Keep up the good work!

I love this place! It's clean and well lit. The owner operater is friendly and professional. There is always a jigsaw puzzle going.(What sweet fun.) Thank you for making laundromat experiences as pleasent and easy as you do.
