Tutus & Tendus: Dancewear and Accessories

When I wanted a red leotard for my daughter, this store came through! I was able to pick one up, and even find a red tutu with sequins to go along with it! The items were a *big* hit with my daughter! What's more, they were reasonably priced and fit well. The quality of both the leotard and the tutu also pleasantly surprised me. And the service at this establishment is always welcoming and friendly. For advanced ballet dancers, they also do pointe shoe fittings. I highly recommend this business for your ballet needs. I will be going here from now on for my daughter's ballet attire, shoes, and ballet gifts! Take the chance!

An amazing dance store, one of the best I've been to as a dancer. I needed a new pointe shoe that can help me get over my box better, all from a previous season injuries to my ankles. They helped find the most perfect pointe shoe that I've ever worn to help me. My Suffolk Sonnets are just amazing and they are amazingly beautiful. The staff is just amazing, so very professional, polite, and a lot of knowledge of dance. Definitely, it's on of my most favorite dance stores to ever got too.

They have a variety of ballet apparel! Unlike other shops, they have ballet clothes for every body type! The dressing rooms are very roomy instead of crowded and the employees there are super kind! This will definitely be my normal dance shop now :)

Very friendly customer service! Had my 23 month old son as well as my 7 week old daughter with us to fit my daughter for her first pair of point shoes. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We will definitely be returning customers! Thank you so much ladies!

My daughter's been in dance for about 6 to 8 months now and we use 2nd Street Dance Studio. They're right across the street from Tutus and Tendus and obviously recommend them so we've purchased a few of our necessary items from them a few times and have always had great service. However this last time they went above and beyond for us and I couldn't be more greatful! The weather was crazy and knocked out power in a few places. I wanted to buy my daughter her first official dance bag as a gift for the morning of her first dance recital. I was eyeing this specific bag and went to go get it the night before the recital. Their system was down from the power issue and they let me leave my name and number and take the bag and called me 2 days later ( based on my schedule that I wrote down for them) and called up for payment. If that's not accommodating I honestly don't know what is!!!!! I honestly can't put in good enough words how much that meant to me!! My daughter wants to continue dance next year ( and hopefully longer) and I will be a forever customer of Tutus and Tendus!!!! In a weird world theyre a refreshing reminder of good people and good companies!!!

So glad we came! I usually order shoes online but we were close by and decided to stop in for jazz and tap shoes for my daughter. I would have had to return my online purchase because even in the same brand we have for ballet shoes, sizing was different. The staff was excellent in recommending the right brands and sizes for her feet. Dance wear selection was great as well and we left with classwear for the year in addition to shoes at a reasonable price.
