Excellent customer service. I called in to confirm the dining set i wanted was in stock.. was told it wasnt but to come in. An hr later i was promised wednesday delivery. Wednesday it is… and i have my dining set… Awesome delivery guys also.. They promised and they delivered. Very happy with how willing they were to make things happen for me.

I went in there window shopping. Their furniture are really nice but a bit pricey. They should post prices on the items as well as more sales. The customer service were welcoming and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase and was guaranteed a good price for what I was looking for. I will definitely be purchasing my furniture with Furniture Direct and will post update.

I saw a set and I decide to send them a message for the price and quality and comfort of the sectional on a Saturday… by Wednesday the sectional was in my new living room all the way in New Jersey.
Delivery team was above and beyond but the service from Ahmad and the manager was outstanding! They were so helpful and easy to work with.
It really was that easy.
I am beyond grateful and blessed this was not just a sofa is the beginning of a new chapter and you guys make it so easy. Thank you and so many blessing back to you guys!
