I will never go to another location for a passport. Greg and Nancy were very friendly, professionals, and respectful to race and foreign accents. Driving from Omaha to Blair on a Saturday morning was worth it. Thank you for your services and may you always find a smile!!

Friday September 23rd.

We had a passport appointment for our daughter and the staff and the service we received was top-shelf. They were very helpful and attentive and worked with us through the process from start to finish with the utmost courtesy.

Happy, helpful post office staff, great mailman, Tim, on our route. You've got to be tough to walk delivery routes in Nebraska. Never a problem, nothing but positives. Thank you USPS.

They were extremely helpful going out of their way to help me get last minute Christmas deliveries out for arrival on Christmas Eve…!

Definitely don't come here for your Passport needs. The woman manning the front desk can't make it any more clear you are the biggest inconvenience to her miserable existence. She definitely shouldn't be customer facing. We had an appointment with photo for an infant. In case you choose to still come here, get your pictures done before. The digital camera in use is circa 2005 and it's horrible quality. We also were taking a photo of an infant. Her backdrop for him was taping together white plastic sacks and us putting the infant on the floor. She stated they do infants a lot, so why they don't have a white back drop for these scenarios would just be too much to ask for apparently. 🤷‍♀

The photos all looked terrible and she asked what I thought. Ummm, I don't know. This isn't my profession, what do YOU think? I'm paying a fee for your expertise. She said she'd send it in with a "note" from her like the federal government gives a hoot what "Karen" out of Blair, NE attempted to do in acquiring said passport photo. I said I'd run to Walmart and take my own photo and just bring it back and she guffawed that the appointment is only 15 minutes and she had.... TEN appointments after me (she literally counted them aloud). Even worse, her superior looked on and didn't do or say anything to correct her employee awful behavior. This place could use some definite training and maybe somebody who doesn't hate people running the front.

Even worse, the finished photo is crooked and her printer made the background gray (has to be white) so I know the passport I paid to expedite will get delayed because they want a new photo. 😒 Hold onto your receipts so you can get your photo cost returned!

Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with incompetence and just make an appointment at the Millard passport location. They are kind, knowledgeable and treat you with respect.

My package was here for delivery and they sent it to des Moines. No other company has these problems delivering. This place is a joke

Horrible customer service! Could care less if we get our mail probably sitting in a pile in the back of office! Mailbox was vandalized and our address change form was filled out but the clerk did not point out what was incorrect! So going on 3 weeks ..Good Luck

Without a doubt, the single worst customer service experience of my life. I had made an appointment to get a passport for my son because we were planning on leaving the country in a few months and had heard that Blair's post office could get the passport sent quicker than Omaha's. After driving for 45 minutes, we arrived and stated that we had made an appointment. The woman at the counter immediately asked for our filled out paperwork and copy of driver's licenses. I had told her that we were waiting to fill it out there and that no one told us we needed a copy of the license, just the license itself. She became very rude and told us they don't make copies there and refused to help us any further until everything was complete. My son's mother went to the local grocery store to make a copy while I waited, and the woman hid behind a wall, refusing to service me. When we got the copy, our "15 minute window" had expired and were told we would have to make another appointment. I may have uttered some profanity and she went to her supervisor who basically told us to get out. 2 hours of our early morning wasted, and worse, no passport for our son, meaning we have to postpone our trip out of the country. The man on the phone (her supervisor) made no mention of bringing in a photocopy of our driver's license or that we would have such a short amount of time to get it done.

#1: Some years ago a carrier at this post office had numerous complaints about their habit of putting mail in the wrong box. One of those wrong deliveries cost a family member $150.00 because the person who got the pick up ticket took it to the post office, pretended to be her and walked off with her package. They refused to do anything about it. That carrier should have been made to pay for their mistake.
#2: No matter what you want in the way of special postage, they don't want to give it to you. They always know better. If you disagree, you get nothing but attitude This has happened to several family members. Last Friday I wanted to send a letter by registered mail so that could get a signature card back. They gave nothing but trouble until we agreed to send it by certified mail saying it would have to be signed for. I found out today I couldn't get a copy of the signature. I was angry and wanted to know how to get a copy of the signature. The person on the phone said he could get a copy, all I had to do was pick it up. The woman my family member spoke to was rude and disagreeable. She finally conferred with the man I spoke to and gave them the signature copy and was going to charge for it but after speaking someone, she didn't charge for it. When told this was an ongoing problem, she ,in a very rude and snotty manner said "don't listen us then" The personnel in this facility are rude, sometimes down right mean, and always deliver nothing but a negative attitude. Their services are so bad, even one star is to high a rating.

Worst single post office in the country. They refuse to put mail in the box. I have gotten contacted by Dell and Verizon asking to verify my address because they keep getting return mail. Checked with the companies just to make sure there was not an error on my part. Nope, the postal worker is just to lazy to put mail in the box it is addressed to.

I ordered an URN for my Son that past.Seller said it was shipped and received buy BLAIR post office. Blair post office delivered it to WRONG address. My Son's burial has already took place WITHOUT the urn. Wish we had another post office near buy.

Wow lets open then deliver /not deliver and leave a slip saying to come pick it up after 4:30. Then lets close at 4:30 I bet the customer will love this.... opens and closes while most people are at work if you work a 8 to 5 job good luck ever getting your packages during the week.
