Wow!!! So pretty, welcoming and comfortable here. Beautiful products, purses, scarves, skirts and lots and lots of bras...to fit Everyone, Really.. No joke! And especially for women who've had mastectomy, lumpectomy, reconstruction...they have post surgical wear, prosthesis, bras, clothing...they bill insurance, fit you in comfortable rooms. The best, sweetest people work here, Debbie and Helena....they reassure, give good advice and help when you are So list and So worried!!! This place is even welcoming to your kids, and husband's .. ..with a hug, a cup of coffee and a candy. Thank you!! Come Here! Don't be afraid!

I came for a custom fitting for my compression sleeve. They worked with me and my insurance. Debbie was pleasant and patient throughout the entire process. It was refreshing to have a painless experience with such a thing.

I hadn't laughed at myself for quite sometime. It was a fun but worthwhile experience. I felt very comfortable. Very beautiful store with a big selection of everything you would imagine and more! Debbie is awesome!

Great place to shop for mastectomy items, very friendly & knowledgeable staff

After my family member was diagnosed with breast cancer her doctor recommended I contact Beautifully Unique to get the process started for her prosthetic. I called them and was told someone would return my call. After waiting for another week, I tried again. This time I was informed there was no reason for her to make an appointment as insurance wouldn't cover anything until the week of her surgery, but she could make an appointment to come in and "look around" if she wanted to. I tried to schedule, but was told someone will call you back. Now here we are just 3 days from surgery and no contact from them whatsoever. So, now she will not have a fitted prosthetic. Thank you for nothing. I highly do NOT recommend.

**After reading the owner's response let me clarify a couple of things. First, I called repeatedly since July and spoke with someone EVERY TIME. At no point did the people I spoke to ever say that her doctor was wrong when he explained the process to us. I was constantly told "someone will call you back." This isn't miscommunication. This is horrible service. It took leaving this review for anyone to contact me. Yes, I realize things happen, but to fail several times over the course of two months is unacceptable.
